Resumo
As motivações e desejos dos turistas são constantemente mutáveis, e neste contexto, o
empreendedorismo, demonstra uma significativa contribuição. Em especial na indústria
turística, os empreendedores de estilo de vida destacam-se pela sua contribuição não apenas
para o setor turístico, mas para a comunidade inserida. Empreendedores com um estilo de
vida, metas, características e atitudes que muito se diferenciam dos demais empreendedores.
Esta investigação almeja retratar suas características, suas motivações, sua ligação com a
comunidade, bem como os fatores intrínsecos para que suas atividades sejam contínuas. Para
tanto, foi utilizada uma abordagem quantitativa com questionário aplicado à 115 empresários
de estilo de vida, auferido pela escala de Likert e aplicada a abordagem PLS através do
software PLS3 para a análise fatorial. Os resultados apontam que tanto as redes,
caracterizadas pelo networking, quanto a atmosfera, uma ligação ao local influenciam
positivamente o sentimento de satisfação com a vida. Mas principalmente, que os objetivos
financeiros são capazes de influenciar as relações consideradas pelo networking e pela
atmosfera, intervindo diretamente na percepção, na forma de conceber e atuar em seus
negócios, e consequentemente no aumento da sua satisfação com a vida, fator este
indispensável para o sentimento de sucesso e de continuidade da prática do empreendedor
criativo.
The motivations and desires of the tourists are constantly changing, and in that context, the entrepreneurship has shown an important contribution, especially in the Tourism industry. The lifestyle entrepreneurs stand out with their collaboration not only in the Tourism sector but also in the community that is inserted; entrepreneurs with a lifestyle, goals, characteristics and attitudes that set them apart from the others. This investigation intends to portrait their characteristics, motivations, their connection to the community and also the intrinsic factors for their activities to pursue working. Therefore, this research used a quantitative approach: applying questionnaires to 115 lifestyle entrepreneurs, using the Likert scale applied to the PSL approach through the PSL3 software into the factorial analyses. The outcomes pointed out that both networks characterized by their networking and atmosphere, with a connection linked to the local, have a positive influence on the life satisfaction feeling. But mainly that the financial goals are capable to influence the relations that are considered by the network and atmosphere, in the way to conceive and act in their business, and consequently in the increase of their life satisfaction; an indispensable factor to their success feeling and the continuity of creative entrepreneurship.
