Resumo
O presente trabalho visa a elaboração de um relatório de estágio para a conclusão final do curso
e, a respetiva obtenção do grau de Mestre em Treino Desportivo, ministrado pela Faculdade de
Educação Física e Desporto, Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias.
Este relatório tem como objetivo analisar e refletir sobre o processo de treino conceptualizado e
operacionalizado na equipa Futebol de Iniciados B (sub-13), do Clube de Futebol “Os
Belenenses”, na época desportiva 2014/2015.
A equipa competiu no Campeonato Distrital da Associação de Futebol de Lisboa. O objetivo da
equipa passa pela subida de divisão e de formar uma equipa coesa para a próxima temporada que
irá disputar o Campeonato Nacional de Iniciados. O objetivo de estudo passa por caracterizar a
metodologia utilizada na operacionalização do modelo de jogo, isto é, quantificar os exercícios
de treino.
Relativamente aos resultados obtidos destaca-se que a equipa subiu de divisão, e quanto aos
métodos de treino utilizados ao longo da época desportiva 2014/2015, observou-se que os
Métodos Específicos de Preparação foram os mais utilizados (49%), seguindo-se os Métodos
Gerais de Preparação (26%), e os Métodos Específicos de Preparação Geral (23%).
Pode-se concluir que os exercícios que se realizaram nos treinos tinham sempre em conta o
modelo de jogo da equipa e aprendi bastante, com a diversidade de exercícios de treino que
realizámos.
The present work aims to draw up a report of training course to the final conclusion of the course, and the respective obtaining the master's degree in Sports Training, taught by the Faculty of physical education and sports, Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. This report aims to analyzed and reflect on the training process conceived and operationalized in the football team Started B (under-13), of the football club "Os Belenenses", in the season 2014/2015. The team competed in the district Championship of the Lisbon Football Association. The goal of the team goes through promotion and to form a cohesive team for next season that will compete for the National Championship Started. The aim of study goes through the methodology used in the operationalization of the game model, i.e. quantify the training exercises. In relation to the results obtained, we highlight that the team rose from Division, and training methods used throughout the 2014/2015 season, it was observed that the Specific Methods of Preparation were the most used (49%), followed by the General Methods of Preparation (26%), and the Specific Methods of Preparation (23%). It can be concluded that the exercises that took place in practice always had in mind the game model of the team and I learned a lot, with the diversity of training exercises that we have had.
