A indisciplina no ambiente escolar : o olhar dos professores sobre esta realidade

Na tentativa de encontrar respostas que venham contribuir de forma positiva sobre a
problemática da indisciplina escolar, foi desenvolvida uma investigação em uma
unidade estadual de ensino, que teve como objetivo amplo analisar os olhares dos
professores em face da indisciplina no ambiente escolar. Foram sujeitos da pesquisa
14 professores, de 5ª a 8ª série do ensino fundamental e o instrumento metodológico
utilizado foi a entrevista semi estruturada com o intuito de verificar suas visões sobre
a indisciplina no ambiente. Os docentes bastante preocupados sugeriram algumas
alternativas, como discussões com os alunos sobre os efeitos dos atos
indisciplinares, para a vida escolar e humana; oportunidade de envolvimento, destes
tidos como indisciplinados, em atividades diversas; inovação das ações pedagógicas
e outras. Para responder a esta diversidade de situações recorreu-se a teóricos:
Aquino (1996), Araújo (1996), De La Taille (2001); Estrela (2002). Concluiu-se que, o
entendimento dos atos indisciplinares é bastante complexo, tem a intervenção do
contexto social, educacional e sinaliza uma resposta à compreensão que os alunos
fazem desta escola que ainda se apresenta estruturada nos moldes tradicionais.
Conclui-se ainda que os mesmos não se adaptam e encontram uma maneira, toda
deles, de mostrar o repúdio e o desagrado ao modelo de educação oferecido
At the attempt of find out answers that help, positively, in the problematic of the school indiscipline, a research at a school belonging to the state system of teaching was developed. It had as wide purpose to analyze the teachers’ observation in view of indiscipline in the school environment. Fourteen teachers of 5th to 8th grades of the primary education were subjects of the research and the methodological means used here was the semi- structured interview. The teachers seemed pretty worried and suggested some alternatives such as: discuss with the students about the disobedient acts effects to the school and human life; give to them opportunity of involvement in several activities; renovate pedagogical actions etc. To give an answer to these several situations, some writers were consulted – among them: Aquino (1996), Araújo (1996), De La Taille (2001), Estrela (2002). The conclusion is that the understanding of the disobedient acts is wide complex, it has the social and educational context intervention and can be signposting an answer to the comprehension that the students make of this school, which is still traditional. It even follows that they don’t fit in this school and find their way of showing rejection and displeasure to the offered educational pattern.
