Resumo
Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar as implicações das teorias administrativas na gestão da educação de jovens e adultos (EJA) em duas escolas públicas municipais do município de Altamira. Portanto, evidencia-se nessa temática, uma análise e discussão no que se refere às teorias administrativas e sua inserção na gestão educacional brasileira, especificamente na modalidade EJA. A escolha da pesquisa se deu devido essa modalidade de ensino ser a que obtém um alto índice de evasão e por não conseguir atender as necessidades de permanência e êxito dos jovens e adultos que estão fora da idade/série escolar. Mesmo estando contemplada na Constituição Federal e nas legislações educacionais, a modalidade EJA não tem conseguido alcançar seus reais objetivos. Visto que na Constituição Federal do Brasil, em seu art. 205 cita como princípio que toda e qualquer educação visa o pleno desenvolvimento da pessoa, seu preparo para o exercício da cidadania e sua qualificação para o trabalho e na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional-LDB-9.394/96, em seu art. 2º contempla este princípio e o conceitua como o conjunto das pessoas e dos educandos como um universo de referência sem limitações. Desta forma, surge o interesse por esse estudo e para sua realização utilizou-se a pesquisa de campo, quanti – qualitativa, com estudo de caso em duas escolas do município, Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Deodoro da Fonseca e Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental D. Clemente Geiger, com utilização da técnica de entrevista e auxílio de um roteiro semi – estruturado direcionado aos docentes, discentes, diretores e coordenação pedagógica. Tendo como objetivo geral, verificar as implicações das teorias administrativas na gestão da EJA e como questões de pesquisa, as concepções de gestão predominantes nas escolas pesquisadas e mediante os resultados da pesquisa, conclui-se que as escolas brasileiras tem fortes nuances das teorias administrativas empresariais e que tentam implementar uma gestão diferenciada, democrática, desprendida dos modelos tradicionais e burocráticos, mas que só poderão concretizar uma gestão democrática, que atenda as necessidades dos jovens e adultos, quando seus meios e fins forem direcionados para a formação do aluno enquanto sujeito histórico, livre e autônomo.
This study aims to analyze the implications of administrative theories in the management of youth and adult education (EJA) in two municipal public schools in the city of Altamira. Therefore, an analysis and discussion regarding administrative theories and their insertion in Brazilian educational management, specifically in the EJA modality, is evident in this theme. In this way, the interest for this study arises and for its accomplishment the quantitative-qualitative field research was used, with case study in two municipal schools, Deodoro da Fonseca Municipal School of Elementary School and Municipal School of Elementary School D Clemente Geiger, using the technique of interview and assistance of a semi - structured script directed to teachers, students, directors and pedagogical coordination. Having as general objective, to verify the implications of the administrative theories in the management of the EJA and as research questions, the predominant management conceptions in the schools researched and through the results of the research, it is concluded that the Brazilian schools has strong nuances of the business administrative theories And who try to implement a differentiated, democratic management, detached from traditional and bureaucratic models, but which can only achieve a democratic management that meets the needs of young people and adults, when their means and ends are directed to the formation of the student as a historical subject , Free and autonomous.
