Evasão escolar : evasão escolar no ensino médio: causas e propostas para sua redução

O estudo aborda a evasão escolar no Ensino Médio e procura estudar as causas e encontrar propostas para sua redução. A evasão escolar ainda é um dos grandes problemas educacionais do Brasil e de muitos países. Portanto, é necessária a união de forças como: escola, família, estado e sociedade para o combate a este problema que é sério. Diante do exposto, a reflexão leva-nos a um questionamento sobre os motivos que levam os alunos do ensino médio a abandonarem a escola Beija Flor. A escolha da escola Beija Flor foi motivada pela constatação da pesquisadora do alto índice de evasão escolar, apresentado por seus alunos do ensino médio, bem como pelo fato de ser professora nesta instituição e de não ter encontrado nenhum registro de pesquisa realizada anteriormente sobre a evasão nesta unidade de ensino. A escola é uma das mais antigas de José de Freitas e, atende alunos do ensino fundamental e médio nos três turnos, matutino, vespertino e noturno e o abandono se situa entre 10% e 15%. Diante do exposto, faz-se necessário diagnosticar e analisar quais os motivos que levam os alunos do ensino médio, da escola mencionada a evadirem-se da mesma? A metodologia utilizada recorre a técnicas de inquérito em forma de entrevista para 13 professores e Gestor Escolar e em forma de questionário aos alunos. Fizeram parte da pesquisa 13 (treze) professores, sendo 1 (um) de cada disciplina da grade curricular do ensino médio, abrangendo docentes dos turnos: tarde e noite e 31 (trinta e um) alunos matriculados nos turnos tarde e noite. Através do estudo percebe-se pela interpretação e compreensão dos dados apresentados, a importância de conhecer mais de perto a opinião do gestor, para entender quais são as dificuldades encontradas pelos alunos para prosseguir nos estudos, levando-os a evadir.

Therefore, it is necessary to join forces such as: school, family, state and society to combat this problem that is serious. Considering the above, the reflection leads us to a questioning why motives that lead high school students to leave the Hummingbird school, therefore, the work will aim to verify the problems that lead the students to leave the Hummingbird school. The choice of the Hummingbird school was motivated by the researcher's high school evasion rate, presented by her high school students, as well as the fact that she was a teacher at this institution and had not found any previous research records on avoidance in this teaching unit. The school is one of the oldest of José de Freitas and attends elementary and middle school students in the three shifts, morning, afternoon and evening and dropping between 10% and 15%. In view of the above, it is necessary to diagnose and analyze the reasons that lead high school students from the mentioned school to escape from it? The methodology used uses inquiry techniques in the form of interviews for 13 teachers and School Manager and in the form of a questionnaire to the students. As part of the research 13 (thirteen) teachers, being 1 (one) of each discipline in the curriculum of high school, covering teachers of shifts: afternoon and evening. Through the study it is noticed by the interpretation and understanding of the data presented, the importance of the need to know more closely the opinion of the manager, to understand what are the difficulties encountered by the students to continue in the studies, causing them to evade.
