Resumo
A justiça constitucional é caraterizada como sendo a expressão máxima da garantia da observância das regras e princípios constitucionais pelas leis e demais atos normativos do poder público, ou seja, como garantia do respeito da ordem de valores enunciada na Lei Fundamental, Lei Constitucional e na atual CRA do Estado de direito angolano. Assim, entende-se que seja imperativa a sua existência para o equilíbrio entre os demais poderes públicos, para a própria garantia e proteção do Estado de direito e democrático, e assume a forma de garante “protetor” dos direitos, liberdades e garantias dos particulares dentro de cada ordenamento jurídico.
Constitutional justice is characterized as being the maximum expression of the guarantee of observance of the constitutional rules and principles by the laws and other normative acts of the public power, that is, as a guarantee of respect for the order of values set out in the Fundamental Law, Constitutional Law and in the current CRA of the Angolan rule of law. Thus, it is understood that its existence is imperative for the balance between the other public powers, for the very guarantee and protection of the rule of law and democratic, and takes the form of guarantor "protector" of the rights, freedoms and guarantees of individuals within each legal system.
