Resumo
O presente documento apresenta os principais balanços e reflexões do estágio pedagógico.
Na Lecionação, e com base nas estratégias aplicadas foram alcançados progressos
significativos por parte dos alunos, nas aprendizagens que eram prioritárias para cada um. No que
respeita o projeto de lecionação, ‘O ensino do Atletismo segundo a abordagem do KIDS
ATHLETICS’ resultou em aprendizagens significativas para os alunos, como também, para a
alteração da conceção que os mesmos tem sobre o atletismo. Relativamente à semana de Professor
a Tempo Inteiro, consegui melhorar nas dimensões a que me propus. A nível de atuar em turmas
com comportamentos desviantes obtive resultados positivos, aplicando diferentes tipo estilos de
ensino em função da turma e ainda melhorias a nível de matérias que tinha menos domínio com as
danças tradicionais e ginástica acrobática.
Relativamente e às funções associadas à Direção de Turma, foram desempenhadas com
sucesso. O projeto ‘Análise biomecânica do movimento através do estudo das funções
associadas aos lançamentos’ permitiu não só que os alunos recuperassem a matéria de matemática
A inserida nos Exames Nacionais, como também aprendessem funções através de um contexto
real, permitindo perceber o impacto do padrão global do movimento no produto obtido.
Simultaneamente, desenvolveram competências da disciplina de Aplicações Informáticas B.
No que respeita o Desporto escolar, desde a 1ª etapa através das situações de aprendizagem
proporcionadas, verificou-se melhorias efetivas a nível técnico e organizacional nos diferentes
momentos que englobam o jogo. No que respeita o projeto: ‘O ensino do Voleibol segundo o
Modelo de Educação Desportiva’, permitiu não só alargar o quadro competitivo dos alunos, como
também, permitiu que os alunos passassem pelas diferentes funções presentes numa competição de
voleibol (juiz, árbitro, entre outros.), apresentando um conhecimento mais aprofundado do jogo.
O Seminário ‘Quais os problemas experienciados pelos professores do AGEPM na
Lecionação do Atletismo?’, extensão do projeto de lecionação, e que apresenta como objetivo,
perceber as razões pelo qual o atletismo não dispõe da mesma prevalência que as restantes matérias,
foi ao encontro do que é referido pela literatura. As propostas apresentadas de desenvolvimento da
matéria foram um sucesso, tornando-se relevantes para a atuação do DEF.

The present document presents the main balances and reflections of the pedagogical internship. In teaching, and based on the applied strategies, significant progress has been achieved by the students in the prioritized learning areas for each individual. Regarding the teaching project, ‘ Teaching athletics according to the KIDS ATHLETICS approach’, it has resulted in meaningful learning for the students, as well as a change in their perception of athletics. As for the Full-Time Teacher week, I was able to improve in the dimensions I set out to work on. Dealing with classes exhibiting deviant behaviors yielded positive results, as I applied different teaching styles depending on the class, and I also made improvements in subjects where I had less expertise, such as traditional dances and acrobatic gymnastics. Regarding the responsibilities associated with being a Class Head-Teacher, they were successfully fulfilled. The project ‘Math and PE - An Interdisciplinary Perspective on Throws and Functions’ is not only helping students review the math topics covered in exams but also learn about functions through a real-world context, enabling them to understand the impact of the overall movement pattern on the outcome. In the process, they developed skills related to the discipline of Computer Applications B. Regarding the Afterschool Sports, effective technical and organizational improvements have been observed in the various stages of the game, starting from the 1st phase through the provided learning situations. In the project ‘Teaching Volleyball according to the Sports Education Model’, students have been given the opportunity to broaden their competitive framework and experience different roles involved in a volleyball competition (such as judge, referee, among others), thereby gaining a deeper knowledge of the game. The seminar ‘What are the challenges experienced by AGEPM teachers in teaching Athletics?’ which is an extension of my teaching project, aimed to understand the reasons why athletics does not have the same prevalence as other subjects, and it aligns with what is stated in the literature. The proposed development strategies for the subject were successful and have become relevant to the DEF's performance.
