Resumo
Deste trabalho irá constar uma primeira parte que terá como tema principal o
enquadramento teórico e metodológico; num primeiro ponto estará a conceptualização, onde serão definidos os conceitos de: casamento civil; liberdade; família e homossexualidade, e no segundo ponto serão definidas a metodologia utilizada neste trabalho.
A segunda parte, tem como tema a “emergência do casamento civil na
homossexualidade”, e está dividida em três pontos: Mudanças; Associação LGBT e
Casamento civil entre pessoas do mesmo sexo.
Na terceira parte do trabalho a base será a co-adopção na homossexualidade, também será dividida em três pontos: Adopção e co-adopção; Estudos e Opiniões e Direitos ou base
universal?
Este trabalho conta ainda com panfletos que foram lançados contra a discriminação e
homofobia, em anexo. Também em anexo serão encontradas 9 entrevistas realizadas.
