Resumo
O presente trabalho intitulado “MOTIVAÇÃO E SATISFAÇÃO DOS
COLABORADORES, Estudo do Caso SOCIEDADE CABOVERDEANA DE TABACOS, SA”
(SCT, SA) é parte Integrante dos requisitos para Obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão de
Empresas pela Universidade Lusófona de Portugal.
O nosso estudo realizado na SCT, SA., cujo objectivo foi analisar os factores
determinantes no aumento de estímulos, da satisfação e da motivação no trabalho dos
colaboradores na referida empresa.
Há uma crise geral de satisfação e motivação que afecta as diversas categorias
profissionais dificultando a Gestão de qualquer actividade humana quando o trabalho perde
completamente o sentido. Diante deste cenário procura-se analisar a questão da Satisfação e
Motivação no seio dos ambientes organizacionais através de uma caminhada por diversas
teorias, pesquisas e estudo sobre o Tema.
A nossa pesquisa é empírica, utilizamos a metodologia descritiva aplicada,
qualitativa e quantitativa, apoiadas na observação directa, revisões bibliográficas e
documental indirecta publicada em livros, revistas, materiais acessíveis ao público e
colectados em fontes primárias e secundárias.
A obtenção dos resultados obtidos na pesquisa da empresa encontrará a melhor
forma de estruturar programas de incentivos que venham a melhorar a qualidade de vida no
trabalho e consequentemente funcionários motivados, aumentando a satisfação e a
produtividade.
The present work entitled "MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION OF COLABORADORS: study of case - CAPEVERDEANA SOCIETY OF TOBACCOS," (SCT) it is Integral part of the requirements for Obtaining of Master's degree In Administration of Companies for the Lusophona University of Portugal. Our case study was accomplished in SCT, whose the objective was to analyze the decisive factors in the increase of incentives of the satisfaction and motivation in the collaborators' work in the referred company. There is a general crisis of satisfaction and motivation that affects the several professional categories and it becomes difficult to manage any human activities when the work loses the sense completely. Before this scenery it tried to analyze the subject of the Satisfaction and Motivation in the breast of the organizational atmospheres through a walked by several theories, researches and study on the Theme. Our research is empiric, we used the applied, qualitative and quantitative descriptive methodology, leaning in the direct observation, bibliographical revision and documental published in books, magazines and material accessible to people, publish and collected in primary and secondary sources. The port of the results obtained in the research, the company will find the best form of structuring programs of incentives to come to improve the life quality in the work and consequently motivated employees increase the satisfaction and the productivity.
