As políticas públicas de educação e trabalho no Brasil criaram programas que garantissem qualificação profissional, dentre eles está o Programa de Mobilização da Indústria Nacional Petróleo e Gás (Prominp), que surgiu com intuito de dispor de fornecedores competentes e mão de obra qualificada, garantindo que o mercado doméstico atenda ás demandas futuras. Nesse contexto esta investigação teve como objetivo analisar como os egressos do Prominp se inserem no mercado de trabalho no município do Cabo de Santo Agostinho, no estado de Pernambuco. Para esta análise buscou-se informações com os egressos da Escola Técnica Senai/Cabo do curso de soldagem, assim como foram entrevistados diretores e gerentes de empresas do Complexo Industrial Portuário de Suape e seu entorno. A metodologia teve o aporte quantitativo e qualitativo, com questionários para 100 egressos e entrevista para 5 gestores de empresas. A análise dos dados qualitativos se deu pelo programa SPSS e a análise qualitativa pelo aporte da Análise de Discurso (AD) na linha francesa, privilegiando os sentidos e as significações do discurso. Concluímos que os egressos do Prominp não são inseridos no mercado de trabalho através do programa, pois ao terminar o curso os/as alunos/as permanecem desempregados, mesmo a escola sendo bem conceituada e tendo metodologia diferenciada, não garante a inserção dos egressos no mundo do trabalho.
Public education and labor policies in Brazil have created programs to guarantee qualification, among them is the Program for Mobilization of the National Oil and Gas Industry (Prominp) who came up with have intention of competent suppliers and skilled labor, ensuring that the domestic market meets future demands. In this context, this research aimed to analyze how Prominp graduates fit into the labor market in the city of Cabo de Santo Agostinho, State of Pernambuco. For this analysis data was sought with the graduates of the School Senai Technical / welding course Cape, and were interviewed directors and Port Industrial Complex of Suape company managers and its surroundings. The methodology was the quantitative and qualitative contribution, with questionnaires to 100 graduates and interview 5 company managers. The analysis of qualitative data was by SPSS and qualitative analysis by the contribution of Discourse Analysis (AD) in the French line, privileging the senses and meanings of discourse. We conclude that the graduates of Prominp are not included in the labor market through the program since the end of the course the / the students / the remain unemployed even the school is well regarded and having different methodology does not guarantee the inclusion of graduates in the world work.
