Osteoarthritis is a complex, chronic condition for which there is no definitive cure. Treatment is based on a multimodal therapeutic approach, with the primary objective of improving the quality of life. Ozone therapy has been increasingly used in integrative veterinary medicine due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic and immunomodulatory properties. This treatment offers therapeutic benefits without side effects, promoting an improvement in in the quality of life of patients. The present study aimed to report the results obtained from three clinical cases observed during the internship period, where ozone therapy was used as a therapeutic modality. It was administered subcutaneously, intramuscularly and paravertebrally. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in osteoarticular pain levels after the ozone therapy sessions, demonstrating its effectiveness as a complementary therapeutic option in the management of osteoarticular pain in dogs.
