Serviço Social: a intervenção da arte no quotidiano profissional do assistente social

O presente trabalho propos compreender a arte como instrumento de intervenção no quotidiano do assistente social na atualidade. Contextualizou-se o Serviço Social e Arte ao longo dos tempos, analisando a forma como se aproximam e se ancoram nas mesmas motivações, ou seja, o estímulo da consciência crítica do ser humano que o conduz à sua emacipação, para além de um recurso inovador na instrumentalidade do Serviço Social. Deste modo, clarificam-se questões relativas à identidade profissional, autonomia, particularidade e singularidade da profissão, e como a arte pode ser incorporada metodologicamente no agir profissional. Seguindo esta perspetiva, sugere-se a hipótese da relação entre a arte - enquanto fator de proteção -, a intervenção do assistente social e a alteração de situações de vida induzidas por fatores de vulnerabilidade. Empregou-se nesta pesquisa exploratória uma metodologia qualitativa e dentre os principais contributos, pode se destacar o debate oprofundamento teórico-metodológico do serviço social e as possibilidades que emergem do agir profissional.
The present work aimed to understand art as an instrument of intervention in the daily life of social service nowadays. Social Service and Art have been contextualized over time, in order to analyze the approach and how they are anchored in the same motivations, in other words, the stimulation of the critical conscience of the human being that leads it to emancipation, besides it is an innovative resource instrumentality of Social Work. In this way, questions related to professional identity, autonomy, particularity and uniqueness of the profession are clarified, and how art can be methodologically incorporated into professional practice. Following this perspective, we suggest the hypothesis of the relationship between art - as a protective factor -, the intervention of the social worker and the alteration of life situations induced by vulnerability factors. This is an exploratory, qualitative research and among the main contributions, the in-depth theoretical-methodological debate on social work and the possibilities that emerge in professional practice can be highlighted.
