Pintura mural e património natural local, uma experiência no ensino das artes

Abstract

A Pintura Mural como expressão artística, inspirada pelas manifestações de arte nas ruas, em maior parte em grandes dimensões, tem como suporte físico murais e/ou paredes, traduz diversas linguagens e conhecimentos. O ensino das artes visuais favorece aprendizagens sob explorações e experiências diversificados aos alunos, iluminam a suas compreensões, tornando-as mais profundas e vastas e permite integração do conhecimento inovador, entre as artes e outros domínios do saber transversais. O presente estudo, em contexto de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa e exploratória, trata de uma metodologia de investigação-ação em duas turmas em Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, nomeadamente à disciplina de Educação Visual, que propôs estabelecer uma ligação entre um projeto de Pintura Mural na escola, que representasse o Património natural local, e a relação com os alunos pelos seus valores culturais e interesses. Portanto, através da metodologia de ensino de Trabalho de Projeto, abordou-se dimensões interdisciplinares e manifestações de arte, que incentivassem os alunos a divulgar e conhecer o território do seu Património, com outros pontos de vista artísticos, com o objetivo de enriquecer competências no âmbito da educação em artes, a identidade de cada aluno, o espírito criativo, autónomo, cooperativo, criador e reflexivo. Mural painting as an artistic expression, inspired by street art, mostly in large dimensions, has as its physical support murals and / or walls, translates various languages and knowledge. The teaching of visual arts favours learning under diversified explorations and experiences to students, enlightening their understanding, making it deeper and wider and allows integration of innovative knowledge, between arts and other transversal knowledge domains. The present study in the context of a research of qualitative and exploratory nature, deals with an action-research methodology in two classes in Supervised Teaching Practice, namely to the discipline of Visual Education, which proposed to establish a link between a project of Mural Painting at school, which represented the local natural Heritage, and the relationship with students for their cultural values and interests. Therefore, through the teaching methodology of Project Work, addressed interdisciplinary dimensions and art manifestations, which encouraged students to disclose and know the territory of its Heritage, with other artistic points of view, with the aim of enriching skills in the field of arts education, the identity of each student, the creative, autonomous, cooperative, creative and reflective spirit.
