Resumo
O Estágio Pedagógico apresenta quatro áreas de intervenção: a Lecionação, a
Direção de Turma, o Desporto Escolar e o Seminário.
Na Lecionação, consegui que os alunos aprendessem e apresentassem melhorias ao
longo do ano, especialmente na matéria da ginástica de solo e patinagem, que se refletiu nas
avaliações finais. A realização do PTI permitiu enriquecer a minha experiência enquanto
estagiária/futura professora, como também, melhorou a relação com o GEF.
Na Direção de Turma, além das tarefas do cargo, pude participar no programa de
mentorias da escola, que beneficiou não só os alunos que receberam esse apoio, mas também
os próprios mentores, por referência ao Perfil dos Alunos à Saída da Escolaridade Obrigatória.
Outro ponto a ser destacado foi a melhoria dos alunos da minha direção de turma terem
melhorado as suas notas comparativamente às que obtiveram no 1ºPeríodo.
O Desporto Escolar de voleibol juvenil feminino iniciou-se e avançou com boa
participação, mas, após o confinamento, muitas alunas não retomaram os treinos. Foi uma
experiência de facto habilitadora para o meu domínio da matéria e dos processos específicos
de treino. Tomei a decisão de fazer uma divisão da equipa em dois subgrupos devido à
discrepância de competências. No grupo 1 o foco residiu mais nos conhecimentos táticos,
enquanto o grupo 2 foi focalizado maioritariamente aspetos mais técnicos aos quais consegui
ver melhorias ao longo do ano.
O Seminário trouxe grandes vantagens em termos de cooperação e relação
colaborativa, na sequência do PTI. O tema do problema a ser tratado através de uma
investigação-ação foi “Será que anexar as Pistas ao espaço do Ginásio tem sido útil para o
desenvolvimento das turmas de Educação Física, quando as mesmas estão a trabalhar no
Espaço 1?”. A partir do meu Seminário, o grupo de EF decidiu alterar regras de utilização
mais adequada e eficiente do espaço exterior, tendo em conta a segurança e o melhor
funcionamento e aproveitamento das aulas de Educação Física.

The Pedagogical Internship presents four areas of intervention: Teaching, Class Direction, School Sports, and Seminary. In Teaching, I got students to learn and present improvements throughout the year, especially in the field of solo gymnastics and skating, which was reflected in the final evaluations. The realization of the PTI allowed enriching my experience as an intern/future teacher, as well as improved the relationship with the GEF. In the Class Direction, in addition to the tasks of the position, I was able to participate in the school's mentoring program, which benefited not only the students who received this support, but also the mentors themselves, by reference to the Students' Profile at the Exit of Compulsory Schooling. Another point to be highlighted was the improvement of the students in my class direction having improved their grades compared to those they obtained in the 1st Period. The School Sport of women's youth volleyball began and advanced with good participation, but after confinement, many students did not resume training. It was in fact an enabling experience for my field of matter and specific training processes. I made the decision to split the team into two subgroups due to the skills discrepancy. In group 1, the focus was more on tactical knowledge, while group 2 focused mostly on more technical aspects to which improvements were achieved throughout the year. The Seminar brought great advantages in terms of cooperation and collaborative relationship, following the PTI. The theme of the problem to be addressed through an action investigation was "Has attaching the Tracks to the Gym space been useful for the development of physical education classes when they are working in Space 1?". From my Seminar, the EF group decided to change rules for the most appropriate and efficient use of outdoor space, considering the safety and better functioning and use of Physical Education classes.
