No processo competitivo, realizamos 35 jogos (34 jogos para a I Divisão Distrital

This internship report, was prepared with a view to the Master's Degree in Futebol – da Formação à Alta Competição, which is awarded in Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia. This report aims to carry out an analysis of the team, the club and the championship where it is inserted. This analysis focuses mainly on the analysis of the training process and the game model, as well as a specific characterization of the team and championship. In addition, a study is also carried out on the transition of athletes between non-professional and professional leagues in Portugal. During the internship period, 163 training units were carried out, 22 of which were in a pre-competitive context. Regarding the training exercises, it should be noted that the exercises of form III are those that were mostly performed during the 49 microcycles. In the opposite direction, the form I exercises were those that were performed for less time (4.59%). Regarding the training time in each of the parts – preparatory, main and final – the ratio of time spent in each of them was 19.18%, 73.36% and 7.46% respectively. Regarding the competitive process, we played 35 games (34 games for the I Divisão Distrital da AFL and 1 for the Taça AFL). 29 players were used throughout the season (1 athlete did not make any minute in official matches). Regarding to the scientific study carried out, it was intended to understand the use of athletes from non-professional Portuguese competitions for professional competitions in this same country. It was concluded that of the 1476 athletes who belonged to professional competitions in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 seasons, about 24% of these belonged to amateur competitions at some point in their sports career. This internship allowed the intern to understand what their skills and gaps are and how he can develop professionally. Furthermore, the fact that the intern has a prominent role during the sports season (head coach) allowed the intern to develop in a multidisciplinary manner, due to the various tasks and responsibilities.
