Formação de professores numa perspectiva crítica reflexiva : a gestão do conhecimento como ferramenta para disseminar o aprendizado de alunos surdos

Resumo
A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo observa e verificar as competências discursivas necessárias aos profissionais da educação especial de sujeitos surdos no ensino, no nível superior e que ferramentas utilizavam para minimizar as dificuldades na inclusão. A pesquisa delineou-se a verificar e compreender também, as competências, os conhecimentos e ações pedagógicas dos profissionais para que os futuros professores surdos possam ocupar as cadeiras do magistério e contribuir nas aprendizagens dos sujeitos surdos de forma critica e reflexiva. Para a verificação, utilizou-se a pesquisa qualitativa, a qual tem grande importância na compreensão das relações sociais, e foi de grande valor obter as falas e ideias dos profissionais e dos sujeitos surdos ingressos no curso superior. A pesquisa utilizou como metodologia a técnica de entrevista com a construção do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) para entender e alcançar os resultados no discurso dos professores, dos interpretes e dos discentes surdos no curso de Letras- Libras numa Universidade Pública na cidade de Belém, no Estado do Pará, Brasil. O estudo concluiu que a partir das teorias sobre crítica reflexiva e gestão do conhecimento que os profissionais da área da surdez, necessitam mais discussões em relação à organização do curso superior que inclua sujeitos surdos, pensando primeiro nas competências necessárias dos docentes para este curso que está em processo de construção, pensar nos materiais necessários ao bom funcionamento e desempenho do curso na formação especifica desse profissional, levando sempre em conta a identidade, cultura e principalmente a língua do sujeito surdo.
The present research aimed to observe and verify the discursive skills required by professionals of special education of deaf subjects in the teaching, at the college of university curse and what tools they used to minimize the difficulties in inclusion. The research was designed to verify and understand also the skills, knowledge and pedagogical actions of professionals. So that, future deaf teachers can occupy the teaching posts in the teaching profession and contribute to the learning of deaf subjects in a critical and reflective way. To verify this, qualitative research was used, which has great importance in the understanding of social relations, and it was of great value to obtain the speeches and ideas of the professionals and of the deaf subjects in the university course. The research used as a methodology the technique of interview with the construction of Collective Subject Discourse (DSC) to understand and achieve the results in the discourse of teachers, interpreters and deaf students in the course of Letras - Libras at a Public University in the city of Belém, in the State of Pará, Brazil. The study concluded that, based on theories about reflexive criticism and knowledge management, professionals in the area of deafness need more discussions regarding the organization of the superior course that includes deaf subjects, first thinking about the necessary skills of the teachers for this course that is In the process of construction, think of the materials necessary for the proper functioning and performance of the course in the specific training of this professional, always taking into account the identity, culture and especially the language of the deaf subject.
