Este estudo objetivou verificar a existência de conflitos interpessoais e sua repercussão no ensino e na aprendizagem na graduação em uma instituição pública de ensino superior na cidade de São Luís (MA). Para consecução dos resultados foram utilizados 3 modelos de questionários com perguntas semiestruturadas submetidos a um público alvo específico: gestor, professores e Estudantes Universitários vinculados ao departamento que administra os cursos de graduação em administração, contábeis e imobiliária. Participaram do estudo, o gestor da área, 24 professores e 96 Estudantes Universitários cujos resultados comprovaram que o clima organizacional influencia as relações entre os professores, que o gestor percebe a interferência do conflito entre professores no ensino aprendizagem; que os professores percebem, em parte, a interferência do conflito entre eles no ensino e na aprendizagem, e por fim, que a percepção dos Estudantes Universitários sobre a interferência do conflito entre professores no ensino e na aprendizagem não se confirma por basear-se em boatos.
This study aimed to verify the existence of interpersonal conflicts and their impact on teaching and learning in undergraduate public institution of higher learning in the city of São Luís (MA).
