Resumo
Nesta dissertação pretendo analisar a cooperação entre a República de Angola e a
República Popular da China, nos seus principais pontos de actuação, bem como,
destacar as verdades e mitos desta cooperação sob diversos pontos de vista.
A cooperação sino-angolana foi oficialmente estabelecida em 1983, porém a China
esteve presente nas principais épocas históricas de Angola aquando da luta pela
libertação da metrópole e de seguida durante a guerra civil.
A cooperação entre Angola e China passa a ganhar destaque com o fim da guerra civil
em Angola, em 2002, quando a China, foi o país que mais cedo compreendeu a situação
de Angola proporcionando, assim, financiamentos para a reconstrução do país.
No entanto, este trabalho pretende a partir deste ponto de vista, analisar se de facto a
ajuda financeira chinesa tem contribuído para o desenvolvimento do país. Desmistificar
assim as verdades e mitos desta cooperação a partir deste ponto de vista.
This dissertation intends to analyze the cooperation between the Republic of Angola and the Popular Republic of China in its main points of action, as well as, to highlight the truths and myths of this cooperation from different points of view. The Sino- Angolan cooperation was officially established in 1983, but China was present in the main historical periods of Angola in the struggle for the liberation of the country and during its civil war. Cooperation between Angola and China is gaining strength with the end of the civil war in Angola, in 2002, when China was the first country to understand the situation in Angola, providing funding for the country reconstruction. However, this dissertation intends from this point of view, to analyze whether in fact the Chinese financial aid has contributed to the development of the country. So it is intented to demystify the truths and myths of this cooperation from this point of view.
