| dc.description.abstract | As Organizações do Terceiro Setor (OTS) têm assumido um papel cada vez mais relevante nas sociedades e nas economias dos países em todo o mundo não sendo Angola uma exceção. O percurso e desenvolvimento das OTS em angola foi claramente influenciado pelos longos anos de conflito armado em que o país esteve mergulhado e pelas várias culturas características deste país, por este motivo para perceber o Terceiro Setor angolano é preciso olhar para história e para a cultura do país. Muito se tem escrito sobre o percurso, as liberdades e as áreas de atuação das OTS em Angola, mas existem poucos estudos que se dediquem ao estudo deste tópico neste país. Este trabalho pretende fazer uma análise aplicada às práticas de gestão das OTS em Angola. Para esse efeito foram selecionadas 63 OTS angolanas situadas nas províncias da Huíla, Benguela, Huambo e Namibe. Em termos metodológicos aplicaram-se questionários no 2º semestre de 2015 a um conjunto selecionado de OTS. Os dados recolhidos foram tratados estatisticamente através de técnicas de análise de dados de estatística descritiva e inferencial. Os resultados parecem indicar quede uma forma geral os inquiridos percebem a importância de uma gestão eficaz nas OTS. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | The Third Sector Organizations (OTS), have assumed an increasingly important role in the societies and economies of countries worldwide, and Angola is not an exception. The course and development of the OTS in Angola was clearly influenced by the long years of armed conflict in which the country was plunged and the various features cultures of this country,for this reason to realize the Angolan Third Sector is need to look at the history and the culture of the country. Much has been written about the route, freedoms and the OTS practice areas in Angola, but there are few studies devoted to the study of this topic in this country. This research intends to analyze the Angolan OTS concerning their management, finance and accounting practices. For this purpose the study selected Angolan OTS from Huíla, Benguela, Huambo and Namibe. The methodology to collect data, were developed through questionnaires applied in 2nd semester of 2015 to the selected OTS. The data were statistically analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results seem to indicate that in general the respondents realize the importance of effective management in OTS. | en |
