Resumo
O objetivo deste estudo é descrever os benefícios do Projeto Terapêutico Singular (PTS) no
processo de aprendizagem da saúde para o usuário/família e o impacto da intervenção na
atividade laboral dos profissionais da saúde que integram a Unidade Básica do Município de
Irecê-BA. Como referencial teórico-metodológico optou-se pela Teoria das Representações
Sociais (TRS). Realizou-se entrevistas com funcionários de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde do
município de Irecê-BA e com usuário/família envolvida no Projeto Terapêutico Singular. Para
análise dos dados utilizou-se as informações coletadas nas entrevistas. As análises do estudo
foram construídas a partir das dimensões nas quais as Representações Sociais se expressam no
contexto de educação em saúde que o PTS promove: Características do PTS, Modelo de
Educação, Conhecimentos dos usuários e as práticas do trabalho em consonância ao Sistema
único de Saúde (SUS).

As a theoretical-methodological reference, the Theory of Social Representations (TRS) was chosen. Interviews were conducted with employees of a Basic Health Unit in the municipality of Irecê-BA and with a user / family involved in the Unique Therapeutic Project.
