O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o impacto de um treinamento de competências
gerenciais, com foco no desenvolvimento de lideranças, realizado numa agência de regulação
no Brasil, no período de 19 de dezembro de 2017 a 18 de outubro de 2018, com 160
servidores com função de coordenação. O treinamento supracitado integra o Programa
Academia de Liderança da Agência e foi realizado em parceria com uma empresa de
consultoria externa. O presente estudo utilizou uma abordagem multimétodo contendo quatro
etapas, quais sejam análise documental, pesquisa qualitativa, aplicação de questionário e
análise estatística. A aplicação do questionário teve uma amostra de 83 respondentes. O
Modelo Lógico do treinamento foi construído e validado e os resultados obtidos na
abordagem quantitativa demonstrou que o Treinamento de Lideranças da Agência Reguladora
gerou impacto na organização, sendo este resultado percebido pelo público-alvo, pela equipe,
pelos pares. Esses resultados apresentaram dois fatores presentes na avaliação: o impacto do
treinamento e o suporte à transferência de treinamento. A metodologia presente nesse estudo
pode auxiliar a avaliação de outros cursos promovidos na Agência e demais organizações.
The present study aimed to evaluate the impact of a management skills training focused on leadership development, conducted in a regulatory agency in Brazil, from December 19, 2017 to October 18, 2018, with 160 employees with coordinating function. The above training is part of the Agency's Leadership Academy Program and was conducted in partnership with an outside consulting firm. The present study used a multimethod approach containing four steps, namely document analysis, qualitative research, questionnaire application and statistical analysis. The application of the questionnaire had a sample of 83 respondents. The Logical Model of the training was built and validated and the results obtained in the quantitative approach demonstrated that the Regulatory Agency Leadership Training had an impact on the organization, and this result was perceived by the target audience, the team, the peers. These results presented two factors present in the evaluation: the training impact and the training transfer support. The methodology present in this study can help the evaluation of other courses promoted at the Agency and other organizations.
