Resumo
O presente relatório é uma análise do Estágio Pedagógico em Educação Física por
mim realizado, que teve lugar na Escola Secundária Fernão Mendes Pinto, em Almada no ano
letivo de 2022/2023, sendo este o auge da minha formação inicial como professor de
Educação Física foi composto por 4 áreas distintas:
Na Lecionação fiquei encarregue das aulas de Educação Física da turma do 10º 2,
para o qual foi usado o planeamento por etapas com base nas Aprendizagens Essenciais do
Ensino Secundário. Procurei também combater falhas no ensino prévio dos meus alunos com
a realização de um projeto que aborta as várias danças do currículo procurando aumentar a
literacia física dos alunos.
Na área da Direção de Turma, acompanhamos o trabalho do nosso professor
orientador na relação com os encarregados de educação, apoio aos alunos e coordenação
pedagógica assim como a organização e realização de uma saída de campo com os décimos
anos da escola. Como projeto procuramos reduzir os comportamentos desviantes da turma.
No Desporto Escolar, foi assumida a co-orientação do núcleo de Voleibol,
caracterizado este por alunos com interesse em praticar a modalidade e professores com uma
vontade ainda maior de o lecionar. Aqui procurei como projeto facilitar o trabalho dos
professores desenvolvendo documentos modelo para todas as necessidades dos núcleos.
No que diz respeito ao Projeto de Seminário, após viver a realidade da escola
rapidamente nos deparamos com algumas situações relativamente à Polivalência dos
Espaços que mereciam a nossa atenção, sendo aplicados questionários aos professores do
grupo para nos orientarem no desenvolvimento do projeto que procurava aumentar a
qualidade dos espaços de lecionação da educação física na escola.
Este estágio pedagógico veio então confirmar a minha vontade e certeza relativamente
aos meus objetivos de exercer como professor de Educação Física, suprimindo quaisquer
hesitações que eu possuísse previamente, assim como acertar quaisquer dúvidas deixadas
em aberto na minha formação.

This report is an analysis of my Pedagogical Internship in Physical Education, which took place in Escola Secundária Fernão Mendes Pinto, in Almada in the school year 2022/2023, being this the culmination of my initial training as a teacher of Physical Education and was composed of 4 distinct areas: In Teaching I was in charge of the Physical Education classes of the 10th 2 class, for which the step-by-step planning based on the Essential Learning of Secondary Education was used. I also tried to combat flaws in my students' prior education by carrying out a project that aborts the various dances in the curriculum, seeking to increase students' physical literacy. In the area of Class Management we follow the work of our guidance teacher in the relationship with parents, support to students and pedagogical coordination as well as the organization and implementation of a field trip with the tenth grades of the school. As a project we tried to reduce deviant behavior in the class. In School Sports, I took on the co-guidance of the Volleyball nucleus, characterized by students interested in practicing the sport and teachers with an even greater desire to teach it. Here I tried to facilitate the work of the teachers by developing model documents for all the needs of the nuclei. With regard to the Seminar Project, after experiencing the reality of the school, we quickly came across some situations regarding the Flexibility of Spaces that deserved our attention, with questionnaires being applied to the teachers in the group to guide us in the development of the project that sought to increase the quality of physical education teaching spaces at school. This pedagogical internship then confirmed my will and certainty regarding my goals of practicing as a Physical Education teacher, eliminating any hesitations I had previously, as well as settling any doubts left open in my training.
