Educação profissional e mercado de trabalho na região centro sul do Ceará : demandas e inserções para profissionais na área de eletrotécnica

Esta pesquisa apresenta um breve contexto histórico da Educação Profissional Brasileira,
onde fica claro que a formação do trabalhador no Brasil começou a ser feita desde o período
da colonização (FONSECA, 1961), e desde então passou por transformações que foram
abordadas aos longos dos capítulos. Ela tornou-se acessível, gratuita e chegou ao Cedro que é
uma das primeiras cidades do interior cearense, objeto de ações do MEC e do IFCE – Campus
de Fortaleza, com vista a instalação de uma Escola Industrial Federal, hoje IFCE (LEANDRO
NETO, 2013). Tendo assim, como objetivo analisar as condições de inserção de emprego na
Região Centro Sul do Ceará para os profissionais com formação em Eletrotécnica realizada
pelo IFCE, Campus Cedro no período de 2002 a 2015. Para tanto, foi realizado coleta de
informações acerca das condições trabalhistas em que se encontram esses profissionais.
Houve de fato a elaboração de um questionário sendo a ferramenta utilizada para obtenção
das informações desejadas. Foram considerados dados com referência aos períodos que
variam do estágio até a atuação profissional. Com efeito, os resultados coletados foram
tabulados e realizadas as análises, com propósito de diagnosticar as problemáticas do objeto
investigado, bem como avaliando as questões positivas também encontradas.
This research presents a brief historical context of the Brazilian Professional Education, where it is clear that the formation of the worker in Brazil began to be made since the period of colonization (FONSECA, 1961), and since then has undergone transformations that were approached to the length of the chapters. It became accessible, free of charge and arrived at Cedro, which is one of the first cities in the interior of Ceará, an object of actions of the MEC and the IFCE-Campus of Fortaleza, with a view to the installation of a Federal Industrial School, now IFCE (LEANDRO NETO, 2013). Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the conditions for insertion of employment in the Central South Region of Ceará for the professionals with training in Electrotechnics carried out by the IFCE, Cedro Campus from 2002 to 2015. For this purpose, information was collected on the labor conditions in which these professionals are. In fact, a questionnaire was developed and the tool used to obtain the desired information. Data were considered with reference to the periods that vary from the stage to the professional performance. In fact, the results were tabulated and the analyzes were carried out, in order to diagnose the problems of the investigated object, as well as evaluating the positive questions also found.
