Resumo
Este estudo irá usar dados do estudo realizado anteriormente pelo Observatório do Consumo Consciente em 2018. Assim, neste estudo vamos verificar, através dos resultados do Questionário Observatório do Consumo Consciente, a correlação que existe entre atitudes ambientais e o comportamento responsável, nomeadamente pelos hábitos de consumo relacionados com a carne, bem como, analisar a influência de fatores como, a idade, o género, a religião, orientação política, nível de educação, o nível socioeconómico e visão do futuro, nas atitudes ambientais e comportamentos ambientais responsáveis. O questionário foi realizado em parceria com a GFK, o IADE e a Universidade Lusófona, para implementação da metodologia, realização do trabalho de campo e análise dos dados. Os dados recolhidos em 2015 e 2016 apresentavam conclusões preocupantes quanto à maneira como consumimos, e à forma como na sociedade portuguesa continua a existir um desconhecimento generalizado sobre a temática do Consumo Consciente, nas suas vertentes de consumo sustentável, responsável e solidário.

The questionnaire was carried out in partnership with GFK, IADE and Universidade Lusófona, to implement the methodology, carry out fieldwork and analyze data. The data collected in 2015 and 2016 presented worrying conclusions regarding the way we consume, and the way in which in Portuguese society there continues to be a general lack of knowledge on the topic of Conscious Consumption, in its aspects of sustainable, responsible and supportive consumption.
