Resumo
A partir do art.º 107.º da Constituição da República levanta-se grandes
problemáticas de interpretações e, para apresentarmos o nosso ponto de vista
sobre as referidas questões que até hoje não têm respostas unânimes, julgamos
importante apresentar o nosso ponto de vista.
Assim, este trabalho visa falar e analisar o papel dos Órgãos da Administração
Locais do Estado no Registo Eleitoral em Angola, face à Comissão Nacional
Eleitoral, sendo o Registo Eleitoral um passo extremamente importante para os
cidadãos poderem exercerem os seus direitos de voto e poderem participar
ativamente na vida sociopolítica do país.
Daí poder afirmar que apesar de existirem normas constitucionais e ordinárias
para o efeito, ainda tem surgido várias discussões sobre o assunto, ou seja, o
papel efetivo do Governo no Registo Eleitoral dá azos a sérias reflexões.
From the article 107.º of Angola Republic´s Constitution has been coming to many questions wich result from different interpretations and, to present our point of view on the matters that even nowadays has not a unanimous understanding, we think is important to show our point of view. So, this work aims to speak and analyze about the role of Local Administration of State Organ in Electoral Register in Angola, comparing to National Electoral Commission Administration, once that the Electoral Register is an extremely important step for the citizen to exert its right to vote and participate actively in the sociopolitical life of the country. From here we can affirm that although there are constitutional laws and ordinary laws for this subject, there has been still coming yet several discussions about this subject, or better say, the effective presence of the Government in electoral register process, gives rise to serious reflections.
