dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho tem como foco a análise da entrada de turistas no território e nas fronteiras Angolanas bem como o seu potencial de impacto no País. Neste sentido, pretende-se como principal objetivo analisar entre outros assuntos, a evolução da taxa de receita do turismo em Angola entre os anos de 2012 e 2017. Para a concretização desta investigação foram também delineados alguns objetivos secundários, nomeadamente: (i) análise da previsão da evolução da economia e (ii) análise dos principais indicadores do Turismo, de forma a analisar os seus efeitos na economia. Para atingir os objetivos traçados utilizou-se uma metodologia de caráter qualitativa apoiada numa profunda recolha de dados efetuada através de revistas, livros, artigos científicos e bases de dados como aconteceu com a WTTC. Em termos de conclusão, verificou-se que perante os desafios que Angola enfrenta, o turismo aparece como uma atividade com algum potencial de desenvolvimento alternativo do território. Neste sentido, as autoridades angolanas, deverão procurar maximizar o seu potencial através de uma cuidadosa gestão das receitas geradas pelo turismo, da abertura de hotéis, criação de restaurantes e também através de vários meios complementares facilitando assim uma maior geração de emprego entre outros fatores.pt
dc.description.abstractThe present work focuses on the analysis of the entry of tourists into Angolan territory and borders as well as their potential for impact in the country. In this sense, the main objective is to analyze, among other issues, the evolution of the tourism revenue rate in Angola between the years 2012 and 2017. For the implementation of this research, some secondary objectives were also outlined, namely: (i) analysis of the forecast of the evolution of the economy and (ii) analysis of the main indicators of Tourism, in order to analyze its effects on the economy. To achieve the objectives outlined, a qualitative methodology was used based on a deep collection of data carried out through journals, books, scientific articles, and databases as happened with the WTTC. In terms of conclusion, it was found that in the face of the challenges that Angola faces, tourism appears as an activity with some potential for alternative development of the territory. In this sense, the Angolan authorities should seek to maximize their potential through careful management of revenues generated by tourism, the opening of hotels, the creation of restaurants and also through various complementary means thus facilitating a greater generation of employment among other factors.en
