Análise da resposta afetiva dos praticantes de treino de força em health clubs

Objetivo: O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a relação de medidas contextuais e situacionais de valência afetiva durante sessões de treino de força em praticantes recreativos em ginásios e health clubs.
Métodos: A principio foi elaborada uma revisão sistemática com base em estudos experimentais e não experimentais sobre a evidência disponível sobre a resposta afetiva em praticantes de treino de força, adultos com idade entre >18 e <64 anos, praticantes de treino de força por mais de três vezes por semana, com mais de seis meses de prática. Para a revisão sistemática, foram consultados estudos publicados entre janeiro de 1998 e outubro de 2018, disponíveis nas seguintes bases de pesquisa: SportDiscus e PubMed. Alguns artigos foram encontrados manualmente. A pesquisa orientou-se pelo modelo PICO, de acordo com a norma PRISMA.
Numa segunda fase, foi realizado um estudo observacional transversal com uma amostra de 43 participantes, num health club em Lisboa. Variáveis como a valência afetiva foram avaliadas através de um questionário. Realizou-se uma análise descritiva para comparar as médias das variáveis. Fez-se também o Teste T de amostra emparelhada para verificar a diferença entre os momentos das variáveis. Utilizou-se a correlação bivariável de Person para a associação entre o parâmetro de bem-estar psicológico e afeto em todos os momentos da FAS e da FS. Para verificar a possível relação entre as variáveis, utilizou-se o nível de significância correspondente a p<0.05, para diferenças significativas.
Resultados: na revisão sistemática foram encontrados 61 estudos relevantes. Destes, oito foram incluídos na revisão: sete experimentais e um observacional transversal, fazendo um total de 254 participantes, em que 70% são do género masculino com uma média de idade entre 20 e 25 anos. Na maior parte dos resultados, o treino de força realizado de forma moderada promoveu uma resposta afetiva positiva e uma ótima ativação percebida. No segundo estudo, em que se analisa o estado afetivo (valência afetiva, perceção de ativação e estado emocional) durante uma sessão de treino de força, os resultados da hipótese n.º 1 estão de acordo com as evidências. Constatou-se que, durante e após o treino de força, houve uma associação positiva com parâmetros de valência afetiva e níveis de ativação. Verificou-se também melhoria do estado emocional do início ao final da sessão do treino de força.
Conclusão: Na maior parte dos resultados, o treino de força realizado de forma moderada e autosselecionada promoveu uma resposta afetiva positiva e uma ótima ativação percebida.
Durante e após o treino de força existe uma associação positiva com parâmetros de valência afetiva e níveis de ativação. A nível da melhoria no estado emocional do início ao final do treino de força, houve um aumento no valor do bem-estar psicológico no início para o final do treino e verificou-se valor significativo.
O mesmo ocorreu em relação ao afeto positivo no início e no final do treino de força. Houve aumento significativo no valor médio, bem como diferenças significativas.
Abstract general: Objective: to analyze a list of contextual and situational measures of affective validity during strength training sessions in recreational practitioners in gyms and health clubs. Methods: a systematic review was developed based on experimental and non-experimental studies on available evidence on affective response in strength training practitioners, adults aged> 18 to <64 years, strength training practitioners for more than three times a week, with more than six months of practice. For a systematic review, studies published between January 1998 and October 2018 were consulted, available in the following research bases: SportDiscus and PubMed. Some articles were found manually. A research guided by the PICO model, according to the PRISMA standard. In a second phase, a cross-sectional observational study was carried out with a sample of 43 participants, at a health club in Lisbon. Variables such as affective valence were assessed using a questionnaire. A descriptive analysis was performed to compare the media of the variables. Also Compared sample test to check the difference between the moments of the variables. Use a variable pearson correlation for association between the parameter of psychological well-being and affection at all times of the FAS and FS. To verify a possible relationship between variables, use the level of significance corresponding to p <0.05, for significant differences. Results: in the systematic review, 61 relevant studies were found. Of these, eight were included in the review: seven experiments and one cross-sectional observational, totaling 254 participants, 70% of participants were male with an average age between 20 and 25 years. In most of the results, the strength training performed in a moderate way promotes a positive response and a great perceived perception. In the second study, in which the affective state (affective valence, perception of activation and emotional state) is analyzed during a strength session, the results of hypothesis 1 are in line with evidence. It was found that, during and after strength training, there was a positive association with affective valence parameters and activation levels. There was also an improvement in the emotional state from the beginning to the end of the strength training session. Conclusion: In most of the results, strength training performed in a moderate and self-selected way promotes a positive response and a great perceived perception. During and after strength training, there is a positive association with affective validity parameters and activation levels. There was a level of improvement in the emotional state from the beginning to the end of the strength training, there was an increase in the value of psychological well-being at the beginning of the end of the training and there was a statistically significant value. The same occurred in relation to the positive result at the beginning and at the end of the strength training. There was a significant increase in the mean value, as well as statistically affected differences.
