Resumo
Pretendeu-se verificar, com este trabalho, a desenvoltura da produção textual escrita, tanto na riqueza de ideias, quanto no domínio linguístico de uma amostragem, investigando a influência da Internet na escrita de textos escolares. Os métodos e as técnicas para a recolha de informações utilizadas para alcançar essas finalidades basearam-se em teorias linguísticas, virtuais ou não, e na leitura de artigos de especialistas no assunto. Com base nos dados levantados nesse estudo, pode dizer-se que o texto electrónico é pródigo no desenvolvimento tanto do acesso às informações quanto ao da fluidez textual, necessários à criatividade da escrita, embora não interfira no domínio das normas linguísticas do seu utilizador.
The main goal of this paper was to check the development of textual written pro-duction, concerning both the richness of ideas and the linguistic control of a sam¬ple, through the investigation of the influence of the Internet usage in school papers. The methods and techniques to gather information used to achieve these ends were based on linguistic theories, virtual or not, and in search for articles from spe-cialists on the subject. Based on the data gathered in this paper, it is correct to say that the electronic text is useful for the development of both the access of information and textual flow, which are necessary to creative writing, although it does not interfere in the control of the linguistic rules by the user.
