O desafio do gestor no processo de implantação da acessiblidade diante dos altos custos e tributos nas instituições de ensino superior privadas

A educação brasileira atual apresenta-se questionadora, buscando respostas essenciais para solucionar o importante papel dos gestores diante das dificuldades apresentadas por questões políticas, sociais e interesses de quem detêm o poder dos recursos financeiros para promover uma educação de melhor qualidade e formação profissional. Sendo assim, diante das dificuldades financeiras vivenciadas pela atual realidade brasileira, os gestores encontram o desafio de adaptarem-se às altas exigências dos órgãos fiscalizadores e da sociedade. A pesquisa foi realizada na mesorregião do Estado Pará, de forma amostral com 20 gestores de instituições privadas, obedecendo aos critérios de inclusão através do questionário objetivo e quantificado com auxilio da escala de Linkert. Os resultados da pesquisa foram obtidos por meio dos testes de correlação t-Student e ANOVA, os quais mostraram o valor de p, e notou-se que o p > nível de significância de 1% (0,01) em todas as situações, ou seja, não se pode rejeitar a hipótese inicial Ho. À vista disso, nos resultados confirmou-se a teoria da hipótese inicial. Logo, conclui-se que os desafios dos gestores estão além do que se espera encontrar neste trabalho, visto as altas exigências dos órgãos fiscalizadores e inadimplência, gerando os altos custos para as instituições de ensino superior.
Current Brazilian education presents questioner seeking essential answers to solve the important role of managers in face of the difficulties presented by political, social and interests issues of those detain the power of financial resources to promote better quality education and professional training. Faced with the financial difficulties experienced by the current Brazilian reality, managers are faced with the challenge of adapting the high demands of the supervisory bodies and society. The research was carried out in the mesoregion of the State of Pará in a sample form with 20 managers from private institutions complying the criteria of inclusion through the objective questionnaire and quantified following the Linkert scale. The results of the research obtained through t-Student test and ANOVA, it shows the value of p, it is noted that p> level of significance of 1% (0.01) in all situations, so cannot reject the initial hypothesis Ho. In the results, it is confirmed the theory of the initial hypothesis. It is concluded that the challenges of managers are beyond what is expected to be found in this work, due to the high demands of oversight agencies and bad debt, generating high costs for higher education institutions.
