Resumo
A presente dissertação de mestrado aborda a relação entre satisfação com a comunicação interna
e a satisfação com o trabalho nas organizações, analisando a relevância que a comunicação
interna tem na satisfação dos colaboradores, o que de acordo com alguns autores (Robbins,
2005; Mulangue, 2021) tem impacto no desenvolvimento das suas competências e performance
profissional.
Como instrumento de recolha de dados utilizou-se o questionário, direcionado para indivíduos
que exerçam ou que já tenham exercido alguma atividade profissional, tendo sido obtido um
total de 98 respostas.
Respondendo à pergunta de investigação verificou-se que a comunicação interna promove a
satisfação com o trabalho dos colaboradores, sendo importante implementar um plano
estratégico comunicacional eficaz e acessível nas organizações que apoie os colaboradores na
realização das suas funções e contribua para o conhecimento das mesmas.
