Iconografia da Khnum e iconografia de Harappa

Abstract

Da estrutura religiosa do Egipto Antigo e do seu panteão, destacamos as iconografias dos deuses Khnum e Herichef para, de maneira aproximativa, tentar entender o fenómeno da hibridação e características iconográficas particulares, de uma das divindades da cultura de Harappa/Mohenjo-Daro (Vale do Indo), representada nos selos do Vale do Indo e encontrados em Mohenjo-Daro, Kalibangan, Banawali e Nausharo. A emergência destas divindades deu-se no mesmo período c. 2200-1400 a.C.From the religious structure of Old Egypt and its pantheon, we detached the iconographies of Khnum and Herichef for, in an approximate way, to understand the phenomenon of hybridization. This attempt is used to understand the iconographic characteristics from one of Harappa / Mohenjo-Daro’s divinities depicted in the stamps of the Indus Valley (Mohenjo-Daro, Kalibangan, Banawali and Nausharo). The emergency of the Egyptian divinity and of the Harappa falls in the same period c. 2200-1400 B.C.
