Crime de violência doméstica e comportamentos aditivos : uma revisão sistemática da literatura

O presente estudo tem por referência o facto da observação e análise do crime de
violência doméstica e do Comportamento Aditivo se apresentarem como áreas científicas
com tanto relevo e investigação no âmbito da Psicologia. Esta revisão pretendeu rever
sistematicamente a investigação produzida nos 15 anos sobre a relação entre estas
variáveis, bem como, os potenciais efeitos preditores. Assim, procedeu-se a um
levantamento sistemático da literatura científica publicada entre Janeiro de 2006 e
Dezembro de 2020, nas bases de dados PubMed, ScienceDirect e Scielo. Dos 1415 artigos
triados inicialmente, 9 cumpriram os critérios de inclusão definidos. No geral, os resultados
obtidos na revisão dos estudos sugerem, de forma consistente, que consumos de álcool são
preditores do crime de violência doméstica. Foram identificados fatores mediadores e
preditores entre as experiências de violência doméstica e comportamento aditivo. O
desenvolvimento de mais estudos nesta temática é fundamental, uma vez que pode ter
implicações importantes no que concerne ao planeamento de estratégias na prevenção e
intervenção no âmbito do crime de violência doméstica e os comportamentos aditivos na
vida adulta.
The present study has as a reference the fact that the observation and analysis of the crime of domestic violence and of Addictive Behaviour present themselves as scientific areas with so much relevance and research within Psychology. This review aimed to systematically review the research produced so far on these variables, as well as the potential predictive effects. Thus, a systematic survey of the scientific literature between January 2006 and December 2020 was carried out in the PubMed, ScienceDirect and Scielo databases. Of the 1415 articles initially screened, nine met the defined inclusion criteria. Mediating and predictive factors were identified between domestic violence experiences and addictive behaviour. The development of further studies on this topic is essential, as it may have important implications for the planning of strategies in the prevention and intervention in the area of the crime of domestic violence and addictive behaviours in adulthood.
