Avaliação externa/ avaliação educacional no ensino fundamental II : análise das ações desenvolvidas pelo centro de mídias do Amazonas, desafios e possibilidades

A pesquisa teve como objetivo realizar um estudo sobre os sistemas de avaliação em larga escala
com ênfase nas ações desenvolvidas pelo Centro de Mídias de Educação do Amazonas
(CEMEAM-SEDUC/AM) concernentes ao preparatório às avaliações externas de discentes
matriculados no ensino fundamental (anos finais) presencial com mediação tecnológica. Os
procedimentos metodológicos constituídos deram-se a partir da revisão de literatura, de leituras e
inferências realizadas, da apresentação do cenário (lócus) da pesquisa com suas características,
missão e valores e, com a descrição da organização das ações do ensino presencial com mediação
tecnológica. A definição do problema de estudo, a questão de partida, os objetivos da pesquisa,
as questões norteadoras e os documentos lidos e as análises feitas às ações implementadas pelo
Centro de Mídias identificam a natureza qualitativa e interpretativa da pesquisa realizada. Os
dados analisados, focados na avaliação diagnóstica e no balanço dos resultados obtidos nas
disciplinas de Língua Portuguesa e Matemática, apontaram os obstáculos, os desafios e as
possibilidades das ações implementadas pelo CEMEAM no atendimento das escolas do ensino
presencial com mediação tecnológica. As conclusões apresentadas, com ênfase nas melhorias dos
resultados das avaliações externas, mostram a importância da intervenção do CEMEAM para a
superação dos baixos índices de aprendizagens apresentados pelos indicadores.
The research aimed to carry out a study on large-scale evaluation systems with emphasis on the actions developed by the Center for Educational Media of Amazonas (CEMEAM-SEDUC / AM) concerning the preparation of external evaluations of students enrolled in elementary education (final years) with technological mediation. The methodological procedures were based on a review of literature, readings and inferences made, the presentation of the scenario (locus) of the research with its characteristics, mission and values and, with the description of the organization of the actions of the presential teaching with technological mediation. The definition of the study problem, the starting point, the research objectives, the guiding questions and the documents read and the analyzes made to the actions implemented by the Media Center identify the qualitative and interpretative nature of the research carried out. The analyzed data, focused on the diagnostic evaluation and the balance of the results obtained in the Portuguese Language and Mathematics disciplines, pointed out the obstacles, challenges and possibilities of the actions implemented by CEMEAM in the attendance of the presential teaching schools with technological mediation. The conclusions presented, with emphasis on the improvements in the results of external evaluations, show the importance of CEMEAM intervention in overcoming the low levels of learning presented by the indicators.
