dc.description.abstractNa investigação que denominámos Ação Inspetiva na Educação: Inovação ou Continuidade? Diferentes perspetivas, pretende-se desenvolver uma pesquisa qualitativa. O objetivo primeiro foi procurar apreender o ponto de vista de observadores privilegiados sobre a temática. O estudo está alicerçado num enquadramento teórico oriundo de diversos autores em confronto com informação divulgada pela própria Inspeção Geral da Educação e Ciência. A metodologia traduziu-se num guião de perguntas, explorado através de entrevistas áudio, gravadas com os observadores já mencionados. Após análise cuidada foi feita uma reflexão sobre as funções atribuíveis aos inspetores da Inspeção Geral de Educação e se a ação inspetiva poderia trazer melhoria e inovação do sistema educativo. A pesquisa revela que a IGEC aposta num modelo imbuído de um discurso colaborativo mas, com base nos testemunhos dos observadores, parece não haver uma mudança real de fundo de forma a melhorar as práticas pedagógicas existentes. Assim, afirma-se a necessidade no futuro de uma intensificação da sua ação ao nível do acompanhamento podendo essa mudança contribuir para a melhoria e inovação do sistema educativo nacional.pt
dc.description.abstractIn the present investigation called Inspetive Action in Education: Innovation or Continuity? Different perspectives, we pretend to develop and present a qualitative research. The main objective was to apprehend the point of view of privileged observers on the subject matter.This study is also based on the theoretical reference of the origin and the history of the Inspection itself, the concepts and the theories characterized by several authors and by the Inspeção Geral da Educação e Ciência itself. The methodology used was a script of questions, explored through recorded audio interviews, recorded with the above mentioned observers. After careful analysis, a reflection was made on the functions attributable to the inspectors of the Inspeção Geral da Educação e Ciência and to this Inspection as an entity, and if the inspection action could bring improvement and innovation to the education system. The research reveals that the inspection (IGEC) bets on a built-in model of a collaborative discourse but, based on the testimony of the observers, it does not seem to be a real change of substance in order to improve existing pedagogical practices. Thus, it is stated the need in the future for an intensification of its action at the level of the accompanying and this change may contribute to the improvement and innovation of the national education system.en
