No projeto do PTI consegui

This internship report describes, on a reflective way, the pedagogical internship carried out to obtain the master’s degree in physical education teaching, by the Lusófona University, Lisbon University Center, Faculty of Physical Education an sport in the academic year 2021/2022, at Escola Secundária Stuart Carvalhais. In teaching, the internship was carried out with an eleventh grade class, where I highlight the importance of the initial assessment (in the perception of the difficulties and potential of each student) and of adequate subsequent planning, with the formation of groups being an issue that can influence, positively or negatively, their development. I also highlight the evolution of students in the 3 areas of the Physical Education curriculum throughout the year. In the PTI project, I was able to experience a full schedule of a teacher, as well as experience leading classes from different grades. In class management, considering it to be a different area, and consequently more demanding in my training path, I consider myself privileged to assume responsibility for a class of excellence at an academic and behavioral level. Even so, I emphasize the contact and communication with Parents in solving existing problems with their students. I also highlight the realization of the citizenship project, “Solidarity Group” which instilled in young students feelings of solidarity and help to others, as well as the field trip that allowed students to foster friendships and carry out activities that were not possible to carry out in a school context. In school sports, I was responsible for the female youth volleyball team. As it was a modality where I had little experience, this internship also contributed to the development of knowledge and skills, while outlining the best methodological options in this area, throughout the year. In the students, there was an evolution in learning that resulted from a process of continuity in the 3 weekly training sessions, as well as in the variety of teaching strategies used throughout the school year. The seminar was developed based on what was experienced in the Department of Physical Education at Escola Secundária Stuart Carvalhais, with the aim of solving problems related to the methodological options that teachers have in knowledge. In this sense, through an action-research process, guidelines were conceived for what should be done in the teaching and evaluation of teachers, as well as in student learning. Keywords: Class Direction, Physical Education, Teaching, School Sports, Seminar
