Resumo
O presente relatório de estágio pedagógico em Educação Física tem como principais objetivos descrever e analisar de forma criteriosa todo o processo desenvolvido, tendo por base conhecimentos técnicos e específicos enquanto professor estagiário de Educação Física, estando estruturado conforme estipulado no Regulamento do Estágio Pedagógico Educação Física da ULHT (Bom, L. 1995-Julho/2008).
O estágio Pedagógico em Educação Física realizou-se na escola Secundária Marquesa de Alorna, em Almeirim, durante o ano letivo 2019/2020, sendo orientado pelo docente Luís Bom – Orientador da Faculdade e pelo docente Sandra Isabelinha – Orientador da Escola.
Este estágio encontra-se dividido em quatro grandes áreas de intervenção, sendo elas: Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminários.
Ao longo do documento são apresentadas reflexões críticas enquanto professor estagiário, a partir de todas as aprendizagens realizadas ao longo da minha licenciatura e mestrado em Educação Física e Desporto Escolar.
Este estágio permitiu-me comprovar que a especificidade de cada aluno, enquanto membro de uma mesma turma, é um grande desafio pedagógico, para além de demonstrar que as experiências e a bagagem que os alunos trazem dos anos anteriores influenciam a prestação dos mesmos.
Por último, constatei, ao longo deste percurso, a necessidade dos docentes reunirem-se mais vezes durante o ano, para promover partilha/troca de experiências e ideias. É essencial que todos rememos no mesmo sentido, afinal os alunos são sementes que darão fruto, portanto há que colocá-las em bom terreno e cuidá-las. Acredito que todos juntos vamos mais longe do que sozinhos.
The main objective of this Pedagogical Internship Report in Physical Education is to describe and carefully analyze the entire process, based on technical and specific knowledge as a Physical Education trainee teacher, structured as stipulated in the Physical Education Pedagogical Training Regulations of ULHT (Bom, L. 1995-July / 2008). The Pedagogical internship in Physical Education took place at the Marquesa de Alorna Secondary School, in Almeirim, during the academic year 2019/2020, under the guidance of Professor Luís Bom - Faculty Advisor and Professor Sandra Isabelinha - School Advisor. This internship is divided into four major areas of intervention, namely: Teaching, Class Direction, School Sports and Seminars. Throughout the document, critical reflections are presented as an intern teacher, based on all the lessons learned during my degree and master's degree in Physical Education and School Sports. This internship allowed me to prove that the specificity of each student, as a member of the same class, is a great pedagogical challenge, in addition to demonstrating that the experiences and background that students bring from previous years influence their performance. Finally, I noticed, along this path, the need for teachers to meet more often during the year, to promote sharing / exchange of experiences and ideas. It is essential that we all paddle in the same direction, after all students are seeds that will bear fruit, so we must put them on good ground and take care of them. I believe that all together we go further than alone.
