The present report covers the main activities, interventions, assessments, and decisions made during the Pedagogical Internship in Physical Education, all aligned with the central theme of "Holistic and Sustainable Education." Therefore, all activities and projects developed throughout the internship converged on this theme, reinforcing the importance of educational practices that promote health, sustainability, and inclusion. In the teaching area, there was significant progress in student learning, centered on integrating students through the development of the project "Integration of Students in the Teaching-Learning Process through Formative Assessment." The improvement in student learning focused on enhancing my competence with feedback and was achieved through continuous formative assessment. In the area of Class Management, pedagogical interventions promoted sustainable practices and healthy habits through the selection of effective strategies. The project "Making the School More Sustainable," in collaboration with the subjects of Geography and Portuguese, encouraged ecological choices, such as recycling and using bicycles as transportation. The Field Trip involved the Class Council teachers and the Physical Education Group in interdisciplinary collaboration, enriching activities and promoting sustainability. In the area of School Sports, I took responsibility for the Table Tennis group in the Infants category, where students improved significantly. This progress was driven by the project "Competition for All," which increased competitive moments as a pedagogical intervention tool to meet students' needs. In the Seminar area, I focused on the "Inclusion of the Alternative Subject of Cycling contributing to the Reformulation of the Multiannual Plan," presenting proposals for performance levels, work methodologies, and a reference situation (Gincana) for specific assessment. The exploration of cycling and the achievement of the subject's objectives were promoted, integrating this content with Physical Education teaching in collaboration with the entire subject group.
