Resumo
A presente pesquisa visa discutir a Formação de Professores de Educação Física e tem como
enfoque os debates que envolvem a problemática da qualidade dos cursos oferecidos na
modalidade de Educação a Distância – EaD, mais precisamente, os cursos oriundos das
instituições privadas, localizadas nos municípios distantes das regiões metropolitanas
brasileiras, tendo como delimitação territorial a região de Porto Seguro, localizada no extremo
sul do Estado da Bahia. Busca responder a seguinte problemática: diante da complexidade que
se revela na necessidade de democratização e expansão/interiorização do ensino superior, além
da necessária formação de qualidade que envolva o desenvolvimento do sujeito integral, a
Formação de Professores de Educação Física na modalidade de ensino EaD permite o
desenvolvimento de habilidades formativas do profissional preconizadas pelas Diretrizes
Curriculares Nacionais dos Cursos de Graduação em Educação Física? Tem como objetivo
geral analisar se a formação de Professores de Educação Física na modalidade de ensino EaD
permite o desenvolvimento de habilidades formativas do profissional preconizadas pelas
Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais dos Cursos de Graduação em Educação Física. O estudo é
estruturado em capítulos que abordam o contexto histórico de formação presencial de
professores de educação física no Brasil e o advento da modalidade de Educação a Distância;
as habilidades formativas do profissional preconizadas pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais
dos Cursos de Graduação em Educação Física para a prática educativa; e também a percepção
dos/as profissionais de Educação Física da região pesquisada a respeito do desenvolvimento
das habilidades formativas do profissional preconizadas pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais
dos Cursos de Graduação em Educação Física para a prática educativa no que tange a
modalidade EaD, tendo como sujeitos da pesquisa egressos e estudantes de Licenciatura em
Educação Física-EaD, além dos coordenadores de curso de Graduação e a coordenação
pedagógica de duas escolas públicas dos anos finais do ensino fundamental da rede básica da
educação pública municipal.
The present research aims to discuss the Training of Physical Education Teachers and focuses on the debates that involve the problem of the quality of the courses offered in the form of Distance Education - EaD, more precisely, the courses coming from private institutions, located in distant municipalities. of the Brazilian metropolitan regions, having as territorial delimitation the region of Porto Seguro, located in the extreme south of the State of Bahia. It seeks to answer the following problem: given the complexity that is revealed in the need for democratization and expansion/interiorization of higher education, in addition to the necessary quality training that involves the development of the integral subject, the Training of Physical Education Teach ers in the EaD teaching modality Does it allow the development of professional training skills recommended by the National Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Physical Education Courses? Its general objective is to analyze whether the training of Physical Education Teachers in the distance education modality allows the development of professional training skills rec ommended by the National Curriculum Guidelines of Undergraduate Physical Education Courses. The study is structured in chapters that address the historical context of face-to-face training of physical education teachers in Brazil and the advent of the Distance Education mo dality; the training skills of the professional recommended by the National Curriculum Guide lines of Undergraduate Physical Education Courses for educational practice; and also the per ception of Physical Education professionals in the researched region regarding the development of professional training skills recommended by the National Curriculum Guidelines of Under graduate Physical Education Courses for educational practice regarding the distance education modality, having as subjects of researches graduates and students of the Degree in Physical Education-EaD, in addition to the coordinators of the Graduation course and the pedagogical coordination of two public schools in the final years of elementary school in the basic network of municipal public education.
