Resumo
Este relatório é referente ao estágio realizado na equipa de Futebol Sub-16 do
Vitória Futebol Clube que participou na 1ª Divisão Distrital de Setúbal na época
2021/2022, com vista à conclusão do Mestrado em Futebol – Da formação à alta
competição da Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias.
As funções desempenhadas no estágio foram o planeamento e posterior
acompanhamento direto no desenvolvimento integral dos Guarda-Redes em função das
necessidades da equipa por via da participação em 144 unidades de treino e em 30 jogos
oficiais.
Parte do objetivo deste relatório foi demonstrar o trabalho específico realizado
com os GR, entender e desenvolver de melhor forma um planeamento adequando ao
treino dos GR, por via de uma análise do ocorrido durante a competição e também uma
reflexão pessoal. Foi realizada também uma sintetização das técnicas utilizadas pelos GR
e entendido o seu envolvimento nos momentos específicos de jogo. Sendo o Guarda Redes uma posição muito específica, procurou-se o entendimento sobre a sua
especificidade e a aplicação de soluções para melhoria dos mesmos.
This report refers to the internship carried out in the Vitória Futebol Clube Under 16 Football team that participated in the 1st District Division of Setúbal in the 2021/2022 season, with a view to completing the Masters in Football - From training to high competition at Universidade Lusófona de Humanities and technologies. The functions performed in the internship were the planning and subsequent direct monitoring in the integral development of the Goalkeepers according to the needs of the team through the participation in 144 training units and in 30 official games. Part of the objective of this report was to demonstrate the specific work carried out with the GK’s, to better understand and develop a plan that is suitable for the training of the RGs, through an analysis of what happened during the competition and a personal reflection. A synthesis of the techniques used by the GK’s was also carried out and their involvement in specific moments of the game was understood. Since the Goalkeeper is a very specific position, an understanding of its specificity and the application of solutions to improve them were sought.
