Resumo
O presente documento trata e analisa o processo de estágio pedagógico realizado no 2º ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física, decorrido no Colégio Valsassina, no ano letivo de 2021/2022. Este relatório encontra-se dividido em quatro áreas de prática didático-pedagógica, sendo elas a Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminário. Na Lecionação trabalhei com a turma do 9ºC, o meu projeto Específico "Progressão da Aprendizagem do Apoio Facial Invertido com ajuda" que tinha como objetivo um aumento na percentagem de alunos a realizar este elemento gímnico. A implementação do projeto, passou por segmentar o pino de braços em exercícios de força, flexibilidade, subida para pino e equilíbrio. Na Direção de Turma do Colégio Valsassina, ao contrário das outras escolas não existe um diretor de turma, mas sim um coordenador de turmas que estabelece uma ponte entre os professores, os encarregados de educação e os alunos. O Projeto Específico de Direção de Turma "Fair-Play da Cidadania ao Desporto", foi desenvolvido nas aulas de Cidadania com o intuito promover os valores humanos, o dever cívico e o repeito pelo outro agregado à prática e aos valores do Desporto. No Desporto Escolar desenvolvi o Projeto Especifico "Avaliação de Desempenho no Futebol" onde apliquei uma ficha de desafios ao longo dos treinos de Futebol, com o objetivo de manter o Desporto Escolar desafiante e aumentar a motivação entre os praticantes, devido à falta de jogos (competição). No Seminário, escolhi o tema do Projeto Especifico "Polivalência dos espaços e a sua importância no ecletismo das aulas Educação Física", pois durante a Lecionação detetei que muitas matérias eram dadas consoante os espaços disponíveis, o que não era benéfico para as aprendizagens dos alunos. De forma a colmatar esta debilidade na atribuição dos espaços, decidi desenvolver um seminário que consiencializasse os professores e trouxesse para debate uma maior rentabilização dos diferentes espaços disponíveis no colégio. Considero assim, que o estágio pedagógico foi a aplicação de conhecimentos, atitudes e valores adquiridos ao longo da minha formação académica que se traduzem na especificidade de ser professor.
The present document deals with and analyzes the pedagogical internship process carried out in the 2nd year of the Master's in Physical Education Teaching at Colégio Valsassina during the academic year 2021/2022. This report is divided into four areas of didactic-pedagogical practice, namely Teaching, Class Direction, School Sports, and Seminar. In Teaching, I worked with the 9thC class, implementing my specific project "Progression of Learning in Assisted Inverted Facial Support," with the aim of increasing the percentage of students performing this gymnastic element. The execution of the project involved breaking down the armstand into specific exercises targeting strength, flexibility, ascent to the handstand and balance. In the Class Direction at Colégio Valsassina, unlike other schools, there is no class director but rather a class coordinator who acts as a bridge between teachers, parents, and students. The specific Class Direction project, "Fair Play from Citizenship to Sports," was developed in Citizenship classes with the intention of promoting human values, civic duty, and respect for others integrated into sports practice and values. In School Sports, I developed the specific project "Performance Evaluation in Football," where I applied a challenges sheet during football training sessions with the goal of keeping School Sports challenging and increasing motivation among participants, given the lack of games (competition). In the Seminar, I chose the theme of the specific project "Versatility of Spaces and Its Importance in the Eclecticism of Physical Education Classes." During Teaching, I noticed that many topics were taught based on available spaces, which was not beneficial for student learning. To address this weakness in space allocation, I decided to develop a seminar to raise awareness among teachers and promote a discussion on optimizing the various available spaces in the school. Therefore, I consider the pedagogical internship as the application of knowledge, attitudes, and values acquired throughout my academic training, reflecting the specificity of being a teacher.
