O Professor de Educação Física : uma análise reflexiva da prática profissional

Abstract

Este relatório apresenta uma reflexão sobre a atividade profissional desenvolvida ao longo do ano letivo 2024/2025, inserida num percurso de trinta anos de docência em Educação Física nos ensinos básico e secundário. A carreira iniciou-se nos Centros Educativos da Casa Pia de Lisboa (Maria Pia e Pina Manique), entre 1995 e 2009 e prosseguiu, até à atualidade, no Agrupamento de Escolas Amadora Oeste. O relatório inicia-se com uma breve resenha do percurso profissional e segue com a caracterização do atual contexto educativo. Posteriormente, o foco incide sobre o grupo disciplinar, com destaque para as condições de lecionação da disciplina. Nos capítulos seguintes, a análise estrutura-se segundo as dimensões previstas no artigo 4.º do Decreto Regulamentar n.º 26/2012, de 26 de fevereiro: científica e pedagógica; participação na escola e relação com a comunidade. Na vertente científico-pedagógica, reflete-se a prática letiva numa turma do ensino básico, ancorada nos princípios dos Programas Nacionais de Educação Física (Jacinto et al., 2001). Na segunda dimensão destaca-se o programa "Mexe-te +", coautoria da candidata, implementado enquanto complemento curricular. Esta intervenção sustentou a candidatura bem-sucedida do Agrupamento ao selo "Escola Saudável", atribuído pela tutela, em reconhecimento do compromisso com a promoção da saúde e do bem-estar escolar.

This report presents a reflection on the professional activity developed throughout the 2024/2025 school year, within a thirty-year career in teaching Physical Education at the basic and secondary education levels. The teaching career began at the Educational Centres of Casa Pia de Lisboa (Maria Pia and Pina Manique), between 1995 and 2009, and has continued, to the present day, at the Amadora Oeste School Cluster. The report opens with a brief overview of the professional path and proceeds with a description of the current educational context. Subsequently, the focus narrows to the subject group, highlighting the teaching conditions of the discipline. In the following chapters, the analysis is structured according to the dimensions set out in Article 4. of Regulatory Decree n.º 26/2012, of february 26: scientific and pedagogical; school participation and community engagement. Within the scientific-pedagogical dimension, the teaching practice in a lower secondary class is examined, grounded in the principles of the National Physical Education Programs (Jacinto et al., 2001). In the second dimension, emphasis is placed on the "Mexe-te +" program, co-authored by the candidate, implemented as a curricular complement. This intervention supported the school cluster's successful application for the “Healthy School” seal, awarded by the Ministry in recognition of its commitment to promoting health and school well-being.
