Sistemas afetivos neurobiológicos predizem diferenças individuais nos sistemas motivacionais interpessoais e nas necessidades emocionais fundamentais

Abstract

Esta dissertação explora a interrelação entre os Sistemas Afetivos Neurobiológicos, os Sistemas Motivacionais Interpessoais e as Necessidades Emocionais Fundamentais, com o objetivo de compreender a influência destes componentes no comportamento e bem-estar humano. Os Sistemas Afetivos Neurobiológicos incluem os circuitos cerebrais que regulam as respostas afetivas, enquanto os Sistemas Motivacionais Interpessoais se referem aos mecanismos que orientam as interações sociais e a formação de vínculos. As Necessidades Emocionais Fundamentais são vistas como elementos cruciais para a motivação e para a saúde emocional. Conforme os resultados deste estudo é possível observar interações significativas entre os três fatores, indicando que a integração dos Sistemas Neurológicos e Motivacionais é essencial para compreender o comportamento humano em contextos sociais e que a satisfação ou frustração das Necessidades Emocionais impactam a saúde mental e os vínculos saudáveis. Com os dados obtidos, concluímos que intervenções que abordam estes componentes em simultâneo, promovem uma prática clínica mais eficaz e oferecem contribuições importantes para a Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde.

This dissertation explores the interrelationship between the Neurobiological Affective Systems, the Interpersonal Motivational Systems and the Fundamental Emotional Needs, with the aim of understanding the influence of these components on human behavior and well- being. The Neurobiological Affective Systems include the brain circuits that regulate affective responses, while the Interpersonal Motivational Systems refer to the mechanisms that guide social interactions and the formation of bonds. Fundamental Emotional Needs are seen as crucial elements for motivation and emotional health. According to the results of this study, it is possible to observe significant interactions between the three factors, indicating that the integration of the Neurological and Motivational Systems is essential for understanding human behavior in social contexts and that the satisfaction or frustration of Emotional Needs impacts mental health and healthy bonds. With the data obtained, we conclude that interventions that address these components simultaneously, promote a more effective clinical practice and offer important contributions to Clinical and Health Psychology.
