Recrutamento e seleção na Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa : diagnóstico organizacional

O processo de recrutamento e seleção desempenha um papel fundamental no sucesso e na eficiência de qualquer organização. Trata-se de uma atividade estratégica que visa atrair, avaliar e escolher os candidatos mais adequados para ocupar posições específicas dentro da empresa. Num cenário dinâmico e competitivo, a habilidade de recrutar e selecionar talentos é essencial para garantir a construção de equipas alinhadas com os objetivos organizacionais. Desta forma, foi realizada uma metodologia qualitativa que inclui uma entrevista realizada à equipa do departamento de Gestão de Talento da Universidade constituída por três elementos. Verificou-se que a Universidade enfrenta diversos desafios nos procedimentos de recrutamento e seleção, como por exemplo receção de candidaturas desajustadas e a dificuldade em encontrar perfis alinhados com as expectativas e necessidades da instituição. Neste sentido, foram feitas algumas propostas de melhoria que visam contribuir para alcançar os objetivos da instituição. The recruitment and selection process plays a fundamental role in the success and efficiency of any organization. It is a strategic activity aimed at attracting, assessing and choosing the most suitable candidates to occupy specific positions within the company. In a dynamic and competitive environment, the ability to recruit and select talent is essential to ensure that teams are built in line with organizational objectives. The aim of this study is to carry out an organizational diagnosis of recruitment and selection at the Lusófona University. A qualitative methodology was therefore carried out, including an interview with the university's Talent Management department team, made up of three members. It emerged that the University faces several challenges in its recruitment and selection processes, such as receiving unsuitable applications and the difficulty in finding profiles aligned with the institution's expectations and needs. To this end, a number of proposals for improvement have been made with the aim of contributing to the institution's objectives.
