| dc.description.abstract | A Síndrome de Down é uma problemática com alta incidência na nossa sociedade e possui características muito específicas que variam de indivíduo para indivíduo. A educação de uma criança com Trissomia 21 deve ter a mesma finalidade da educação de qualquer outra, ou seja, é necessário dar-lhe todas as oportunidades e todo o apoio necessário para que possa desenvolver as suas faculdades cognitivas e sociais até ao máximo que lhe for possível. Esta é uma das bases da educação das crianças com esta patologia consideradas fundamentais, assim como, o princípio de normalização que tem como objetivo possibilitar a estas crianças uma vivência igual ou semelhante a qualquer outro indivíduo da sociedade. Proponho, neste trabalho, a apresentação ao leitor de um conhecimento mais profundo sobre o processo de integração das crianças com Síndrome de Down em turmas do Ensino Regular, sobre o desenvolvimento destes alunos, as suas capacidades e limitações, abordando também algumas razões para a inclusão destes alunos nas escolas, de forma a facultar-lhes um processo de ensino/aprendizagem na verdadeira ascensão da palavra. Considero que este conhecimento é de extrema importância não só para professores e educadores, mas também para familiares, que, assim, poderão estimular adequadamente a criança, proporcionando-lhe um desenvolvimento adequado. Neste estudo, é meu intuito também evidenciar estratégias na educação de crianças com Síndrome de Down, estratégias essas que facilitarão a prática pedagógica e consequente futuro das crianças afetadas por esta problemática. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | Down Syndrome is a problem with high incidence in our society and has very specific characteristics that vary from individual to individual. The education of a child with 21 Trisomy will have the same purpose of education in any other; it is necessary to give him every opportunity and all the support necessary for schools to develop their cognitive and social skills to the maximum you possible. This is one of the foundations of education of children with this condition be essential, as well as the principle of normalization which aims to enable these children experience an equal or similar to any other individual in society. I propose in this paper to present to the reader a deeper understanding of the process of integration of children with Down syndrome in regular classes, on the development of these students, their capabilities and limitations while also addressing some reasons for inclusion these students in schools in order to give them a teaching / learning in the real rise of the word. I believe that this knowledge is extremely important not only for teachers and educators, but also for family members, who thus may stimulate the child properly, giving you a proper development. In this study, it is my intention also highlight strategies in the education of children with Down syndrome, these strategies will facilitate the teaching practice and consequently the future of children affected by this problem. | en |
