Considering the escalating environmental concerns, organizations nowadays play a crucial role in mitigating the environmental effect of their operations. By encouraging sustainable practices in businesses, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) becomes a key strategic component in this environment. Therefore, it is vital to investigate how they may all work together to promote sustainable innovation, maximize resource use, reduce waste, and ultimately enhance the circular economy's performance. Considering the mediating function of sustainable innovation, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the ways in which Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) advances organizational sustainability and enhances the performance of the circular economy. to evaluate how Green HRM practices affect businesses' performance within the framework of the circular economy while examining the function of sustainable innovation as a mediator. To do this, a conceptual model was created that investigates the connections among the adoption of green practices, the encouragement of sustainable innovation, and the enhancement of organizational resource utilization efficiency. The study uses a quantitative methodology, collecting data from several companies via questionnaires. There are 45 participants in the sample, including companies like Carristur, BLconsulting, Casino Solverde among others, cross-sectional research, a form of observational study that emphasizes outcomes during a certain time period of a target audience, was used as the approach (Savatz & Wellenius, 2023). The findings indicate that GHRM practices significantly impact firms within the framework of the circular economy, wherein sustainable innovation plays a crucial part in maintaining this performance. Therefore, firms that embrace sustainable practices tend to enhance their efficiency, encouraging a more sustainable corporate culture and raising employees' environmental consciousness. Furthermore, this sustainable attitude encourages emotional engagement from staff members, enhancing their sense of alignment with the company's principles. By emphasizing the significance of HRM as a catalyst for sustainable change and providing useful advice for businesses looking to deepen their environmental commitment, the study adds to the body of scholarly literature.
