Resumo
Este documento ilustra a realização prática de um estágio pedagógico
profissionalizante no Mestrado de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundário. É
explanado todas as atividades específicas da ação docente centradas nos projetos de
investigação, processos didáticos, pedagógicos e científicos presentes nas quatro áreas de
intervenção.
A minha dinâmica de intervenção pedagógica foi marcada pela temática do tempo na
qualidade do ensino, especificamente na influência que o reduzido tempo útil e tempo
disponível de prática tiveram no processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
Na Lecionação e Desporto Escolar, por meio de um planeamento por etapas, atendendo
às singularidades dos alunos presentes na diferenciação de ensino, foram identificadas e
aplicadas técnicas de ensino e estratégias pedagógicas de forma a aumentar o tempo útil e tempo
de prática nas aulas.
Na Direção de Turma, preconizou-se estratégias pedagógicas focadas no ensino a
novas gerações, com finalidade de diminuir o possível choque geracional entre alunos-professor
dentro da comunidade escolar.
Na área do Seminário, problematizam-se os fatores condicionantes do tempo útil e
tempo de prática, analisando o impacto das estratégias pedagógicas nessas dimensões.
Em síntese, estabelece-se a manifestação do tempo em vários domínios, as suas
especificações e a forma como determina alterações em toda a ação pedagógica do professor e
suas possíveis repercussões no ensino dos alunos.
This document illustrates the practical implementation of a professionalizing pedagogical internship in the Master of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education. It explains all the specific activities of the teaching action focused on research projects, didactic, pedagogical and scientific processes present in the four areas of intervention. My dynamics of pedagogical intervention was marked by the theme of time in the quality of teaching, specifically in the influence that the reduced useful time and time available for practice had on the teaching-learning process. In Teaching and School Sports, through a planning model in stages, attending to the singularities of the students present in the differentiation of teaching, teaching techniques and pedagogical strategies were identified and applied in order to increase useful time and practice time in class. In Class Direction, pedagogical strategies focused on teaching new generations were advocated, in order to diminish the possible generational gap between student-teacher within the school community. In the area of Seminar, the conditioning factors of useful time and practice time are problematized, analyzing the impact of pedagogical strategies on these dimensions. In summary, the manifestation of time in various domains is established, its specifications and the way it determines changes in all the teacher's pedagogical action and its possible repercussions on students' teaching.
