Educação do campo e a pedagogia da alternância: um estudo de caso em São Felix do Xingu-Pa

Resumo
Este trabalho se inscreve como uma ferramenta de busca na tentativa de compreender o
fenômeno educacional através de uma pedagogia diferenciada, porém direcionada aos
jovens agricultores. Essa pedagogia tem sido usada como objetivo central nas Casas
Familiares Rurais, na tentativa do desenvolvimento de uma educação rural pautada na
valorização do homem do campo como sendo um agente de mudança política,
econômica e social. É assente nesse novo paradigma educacional que procuramos
verificar se as práticas educativas da Casa Familiar Rural - CFR de São Félix do Xingu
no Estado do Pará, norteadas pela Pedagogia da Alternância atende aos anseios da
população rural, assim como detectar fatores que influenciam sua expansão. Para tanto,
adotou-se o estudo de caso, através dos métodos qualiquantitativos com análise
quantitativa dos dados do questionário e análise de conteúdo das entrevistas, por
acreditarmos serem estes fornecedores de suporte adequado para a realização de nossa
pesquisa. Os resultados encontrados possibilitaram o entendimento de que esse novo
modelo educacional norteado pela Pedagogia da Alternância, tem se firmado como uma
alternativa positiva para o jovem agricultor da região, porém, a falta de uma política
pública voltada para a educação do campo tem sido fator de influência no sucesso e
expansão dessa Instituição de Ensino.

This work is inscribed as a search tool in trying to understand the phenomenon of education through a differentiated pedagogy, but targeted to young farmers. This pedagogy has been used as a central goal in Rural Family Houses, in an attempt to develop a rural education based in the valuation of the peasant as an agent of political change, economic and social. It is based on this new educational paradigm that is to verify whether the educational practices of the Rural Family House of Sao Felix do Xingu in Para State, guided by the Pedagogy of Alternation meets the aspirations of the rural population, and to identify factors influencing its expansion. Therefore, it has adopted the case study, through the methods qualiquantitativos with quantitative analysis of the questionnaire data and content analysis of the interviews, because we believe these are appropriate support providers to conduct our research. The results enabled the understanding that this new educational model guided by Pedagogy of Alternation, has established itself as a positive alternative for young farmer of the region, however, the lack of a public policy for rural education has been influencing factor in success and expansion of this educational institution.
