Resumo
Este relatório pretende relatar as reflexões, balanços e atividade como professor estagiário no ano letivo 2022/2023, na Escola Básica António Gedeão, em Odivelas. Pretende-se assim, dar a conhecer uma parte fundamental daquilo que foi a minha formação inicial e contínua enquanto professor de Educação Física, em que, na sua génese, podem ser identificadas as quatro áreas que norteiam a atividade do professor estagiário: Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminário. Além daquilo que é o desenvolvimento regular por etapas, na passagem pela avaliação inicial, prioridades, progresso e produto, encontram-se, em sinergia, projetos específicos que complementaram e impactaram a minha formação inicial enquanto professor estagiário, onde a sua relevância se eleva ao patamar de especificidade que é possível encontrar nas diferentes áreas de intervenção. A área de Lecionação foi trabalhada junto de uma turma de sétimo ano, ao passo que a área da Direção de Turma foi dinamizada com uma turma de nono ano. Este acontecimento inicialmente inesperado apresentou-se a curto prazo como uma oportunidade de alargadas vivências no mesmo contexto escolar, em que pude contactar com uma maior quantidade de alunos, os quais estavam em etapas de formação distintas. Assim, foi possível um contacto duplamente benéfico e enriquecedor, apesar dos desafios que inicialmente foram percebidos e relatados no presente documento, acoplados a um conjunto de reflexões que tornam esta atividade de estágio única, e onde é possível identificar um conjunto de emoções em relação com inúmeros momentos de aprendizagem, que permanecerão para o resto da minha vida enquanto professor, mas acima de tudo como pessoa. É rematada esta dissertação com um projeto seminário ambicioso, onde existem claramente pontos fortes e aspetos a melhorar, acerca da "Reorganização Horária nos Segundo e Terceiro Ciclos da Disciplina de Educação Física na Escola Básica António Gedeão", onde esta temática é tida como problemática e a reflexão acerca da sua reorganização emerge com a partilha de experiências de outros colegas da área da Educação Física, de diferentes escolas, enriquecendo este projeto e o próprio estágio pedagógico. This report aims to describe the reflections, assessments, and activities as a trainee teacher during the academic year 2022/2023 at António Gedeão Elementary School in Odivelas. The goal is to present my initial training as a Physical Education teacher, which, at its core, encompasses the four areas that guide the activities of a trainee teacher: Teaching, Class Direction, School Sports, and Seminar. In addition to what is the regular development by stages, in the passage through the initial evaluation, priorities, progress and product, there are, in synergy, specific projects that complemented and impacted my initial training as a trainee teacher, where their relevance rises to the level of specificity that is possible to find in the different areas of intervention. The Teaching area was worked with a seventh-grade class, while the Class Management area was promoted with a ninth-grade class. This initially unexpected event presented itself in the short term as an opportunity for extensive experiences in the same school context, in which I was able to contact a greater number of students, who were in different learning stages. Thus, it was possible to have a doubly beneficial and enriching contact, despite the challenges that were initially perceived and reported in this document, coupled with a set of reflections that make this internship activity unique, and where it is possible to identify a set of emotions in relation to countless moments of learning, which will remain for the rest of my life as a teacher. but above all as a person. This dissertation concludes with an ambitious seminar project, in which there are clearly strengths and areas for improvement regarding "Schedule Reorganization in the Second and Third Cycles of Physical Education at António Gedeão Elementary School." This topic is considered problematic, and the reflection on its reorganization emerges through the sharing of experiences from other colleagues in the field of Physical Education from different schools, enriching both this project and the pedagogical internship itself.
