O papel do pedagogo na empresa: gestão de uma pedagogia empresarial

O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a eficácia da atuação do pedagogo numa empresa, considerando a adequação das suas competências profissionais a contextos empresariais competitivos. A partir de uma breve retrospectiva histórica do campo de atuação do pedagogo, onde mostramos que a pedagogia não se limita a instituição escolar, procuramos dismistificar o paradigma de que o pedagogo atua única e exclusivamente em espaços escolares. No percurso investigativo, seguimos uma abordagem qualitativa, com recurso à entrevista estruturada aplicada a pedagogos e gestores de RH, analisadas através da análise de conteúdo, de duas empresas. Uma é uma multinacional e está ligada ao ramo dos refrigerantes. A outra é pública e está no ramo da hidroelétrica. A partir dos dados coletados conseguimos percepcionar que a Pedagogia Empresarial constitui uma forma de potencialização da qualidade organizacional, transformando as empresas num tempo e num local de aprendizagem e formação constante, valorizando competências humanas de cidadania.
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the work of the pedagogue in a company considering the adequacy of their professional skills at competitive business contexts. From a brief historical review of the pedagogue of the field, where we show that pedagogy is not limited to educational institution, demystifying the paradigm that the teacher acts solely in school spaces. In the investigative route, followed by a qualitative approach based on structured interviews with educators and HR managers, analyzed by content analysis. From the collected data we can get results according to the pedagogue and managers of the institutions in question it is possible to properly prepare for the entry and stay in the labor market. Research shows that by a globalized society we live in, we have to be aware of the changes and paradigm breaks, in addition to the professional skills that have been put today through technological advances the pedagogy courses nurture the entry of these professionals in the labor market, with the powers required for this purpose.
