Resumo
A Gestão do curso de mestrado em Treino Desportivo da ULHT em parceria com o Brasil na ótica dos discentes do curso teve como objetivo geral analisar de que forma é feita a gestão do curso de mestrado em Treino Desportivo da ULHT no Brasil e me Portugal na ótica dos discentes do curso. A pesquisa é de abordagem mista, pois possuem características tanto qualitativa quanto quantitativa. O estudo é de nível exploratório. A coleta de dados foi feita por meio de um questionário, contendo perguntas abertas e fechadas, enviados por e-mail aos pesquisados, além de pesquisa documental feita nos arquivos da C&C. O publico alvo foi o universo dos alunos matriculados no respetivo curso por meio do convênio de mestrado entre Brasil e Portugal. Os resultados mostram que a maioria dos estudantes é graduada em Educação Física. A predominância dos pesquisados reside na cidade de Belém. A maioria deste é do gênero feminino. 41% são de idade acima de 40 anos. 72,5% não conseguiram concluir o curso. Percebemos também que as principais dificuldades para a não conclusão dos cursos são a falta de recursos financeiros e a falta de planejamento por parte dos alunos. Os resultados também mostram que há uma boa aceitação por parte dos discentes em relação a gestão dos cursos pesquisados. Conclui-se que houve uma grande aceitação dos pesquisados em relação a gestão dos cursos.
The management of the master's degree in Sports Training of the ULHT in partnership with Brazil from the point of view of the students of the course had as general objective to analyze how the management of the masters course in Sports Training of the ULHT in Brazil and Portugal in the optics of course students. The research is a mixed approach, since it has both qualitative and quantitative characteristics. The study is exploratory. Data collection was done through a questionnaire, containing open and closed questions, sent by e-mail to the respondents, as well as documentary research done in the C & C archives. The target audience was the universe of students enrolled in the respective course through the master's agreement between Brazil and Portugal. The results show that the majority of the students are graduated in Physical Education. The predominance of the researched resides in the city of Belém. The majority of this one is of the feminine sort. 41% are over 40 years of age. 72.5% were unable to complete the course. We also noticed that the main difficulties for not completing the courses are the lack of financial resources and the lack of planning on the part of the students. The results also show that there is a good acceptance on the part of the students regarding the management of the courses studied. It was concluded that there was a great acceptance of the respondents regarding the management of the courses.
